Where’s the broccoli? Where’s the teriyaki sauce? There were two minuscule sprigs of green and I had to add my own teriyaki sauce at home. Very disappointing since this is one of my favorite meals. Didn’t get a receipt either so I can’t even refer to a transaction.Update: I haven’t yet been back but do appreciate the quick response. I’m hoping this was just a one-time bad experience.
I went through the drive thru and was 4th in line and waited 15 minutes. When I pulled up to the window I had to wait until the person manning the station took another order. Once I got the order and was pulling away I tasted a fry and it was cold. It seems that as long as I waited they could have cooked the fries and been hot.
Had a big order. Missing my daughter's meal. Asked the workers about it . They said they would bring it to my car and never did. Had to go up to the drive thru window twice. The 2 young guys that helped me had a dumb look on their face at the very end like they had no clue what I was talking about. I understand not getting the order correct but this situation was probably the worst I ever experienced.
The only reason this isn’t a one star, is because I like the older guy who wears glasses that works. He seems to be the only one that appreciates his job and is usually nice especially when they mess up the order. They usually lock the lobby hours early, I’ve gotten here at 8 and it’s already locked when they say it’s supposed to be until 10. I usually prefer coming in after ordering on the app since drive thru always takes 10+ min per car. They’re not making everything from scratch so there should be no reason the lines take so long. The number online either doesn’t work or they purposefully don’t answer the phone.
10 tacos for under $7.00 ,is hard to beat
This is the third time in a row that I've had to cancel my order because the drive through line simply doesn't move. It's been like this for the last 4 months or so. Previously I've just waited it out, often up to an hour. But now I cancel my order and go somewhere else. It can easily take over 10 minutes per car, and they lock the dining room early every day (even though it's supposed to be open) so it's not like they're busy with customers inside.I've filled out their survey before to let them know, in detail, what's going on. They don't respond. You'll see plenty of recent 1* reviews mentioning the same thing. The owner always responds to the review telling people to fill out the survey, that they're working to make it better, etc. Nope. I've sent them all the info multiple times. No response.A couple of years ago I reported an incident where they locked the dining room early and I couldn't go in to pick up my order because of it. The owner responded and made it right and said he would address the issue. I have no clue if it's the same owner now as back then or not. Current management either doesn't care or cannot do anything to fix it.There is 1 staff member there that does a great job (the older guy) and is always hurrying, being friendly with customers, and has a positive energy.Everyone else I've seen at the window is awful. They barely grunt at you over the speaker, move intentionally slowly, rudely pass your order to you, and can be seen just diddling on their phones doing nothing instead of taking the next order, bagging current ones, or doing anything related to their jobs. I have no clue how the others working in the kitchen are, but the staff at the window, except for the one older guy, are horrible.I used to go here regularly because of the great deals in the app and the new rewards program. I haven't successfully placed an order since late September.I'll go there, see the drive through line backed out into the street, and leave. 3 times in the last couple of months the line was short enough that I decided to submit my payment in the app, but it took so long that I had to cancel it and go elsewhere.It doesn't matter if I go at 8 PM, 10 PM, 12 AM, or 1 AM.This location is essentially non functional.Ultimately, I predict this location will be closed in a few months.
Absolutely. Horrible. So first off, I need to use the restroom but decide that I would take some cash just out of courtesy and start walking in. I get to the door and it’s locked. So I think to myself, maybe it’s the other door? Wrong. The other door is barricaded with chairs. I look inside and see a worker eating salad and all the others huddled around each other in the kitchen. I knock on the door, and the one eating salad notices me but chooses to ignore me. I go back to my car and see the drive thru backed up and cars honking. I can only assume that they weren’t manning the drive thru. And when I tried contacting EVERY NUMBER LISTED, I got no response from any of them. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. NEVER.
Hi I went to this Jack-in-the-Box at 4 o’clock this morning and the whole experience at the drive-through was fun the gentleman at the register was very spirited and I left there feeling good however when I got home I realized that my order was not what I had requested at all missing things and then I went to call the restaurant and nobody answered I wasExtremely irritated and called again this time somebody answered however they just took the phone off of the receiver and set it down I waited I said hello many times and much to my disappointment nobody ever responded after I hung up the phone I called back again and now the phone on their end was off of the receiver so I could no longer get through I don’t understand sometimes what is so hard about doing a job that you has been hired for and areBeing paid to do I don’t live near Jack-in-the-Box now I’m home and I don’t have my meal so I wanted to let the restaurant know but they won’t answer the phone they want to leave it off the hook what do I do now I don’t even have the gas to drive back out there I just don’t understand
The worst Jack in the country, food never that good. Just ordereD on the app and marked pick up at counter to get to the store and lobby is locked and 10 cars at drive tru. App states store closes at 11pm but store closes at 10pm. Couldn’t wait for all those cars and now out of my money. Nowhere to complain or call??
So this jack in the box claims that they’re open 24 hours but the previous 2 times that i have came here it has been closed. I made a mobile order with the app and was told that i had to wait 20 minutes because the staff is on their break??? I’m confused as to why they’re all taking a break at the same time, which closes the restaurant for about an hour at a time. I have never ever seen a fast food restaurant do that. If you’re understaffed at least balance out break times so customers aren’t stuck waiting for an hour or hire more people! There should be a bigger staff! Especially considering it’s located in a college town! Will not be returning again and i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Drive the extra miles and go somewhere else.
