This is the worst Chipotle, and I know im not being dramatic because many other people have agreed with me. There is constantly a huge line because all of the workers have no idea what they're doing, they're always out of everything, and on top of that they're extremely frugal and stingy with there proportions and servings. I am never satisfied when I come here for so many reasons. One time I ordered guac and they literally gave me a half uncut unripe avocado... this place is terrible, it's worth you're time and gas to go to the other chipotles in Santa Barbara.

Come on Chipotle get it together. I ordered something from Chipotle delivered by doordash and it was completely the wrong item. I then called waited and waited and waited. I tried their bot online which didn't work and still haven't received a call back. For a person in health care to have to wait an hour for their item, the wrong order delivered who only has 30 minutes for a lunch break. I am completely disappointed not too mention starving.

Terrible customer service terrible food found a life of plastic in my meal. Basically give less than normal portion of protein.

If you are driving through SB and want to stop for Chipotle — go to the other one!! Farther off the highway but probably worth it. As a local, our food is messed up probably 3 out of 5 times (chunks of meat in the queso (we’re vegetarians), gigantic unripe avocado halves in the guacamole, fajita veggies are straight-up raw, etc.). All employees are very nice, but it’s clear they are a bunch of overworked college kids. mgmt either needs to hire more of them or give them better training or something I don’t know! It’s bad!

They need to get it together at this place, small servings for outrageous prices. Employees are nice but kind of all of the place

I placed an order through DoorDash. Our food came on time, but it was the lamest serving size. The Chipotle worker didn’t even put one serving size of each item. It literally looked as if someone had already eaten half the meals and then handed them over to be delivered. This happens quiet often (more than 4 times now) at this location for pick up/delivery orders. I wish I had taken a photo of the burrito, it was the size of my palm.

Literally the worst service ever. My bowl was literally 3/4 empty. When I asked them to serve more, they rolled their eyes and were hesitant about it. It barely filled us up. When they served us guacamole they removed most of it from the spoon before serving it. The food wasn’t even good. The chips terribly stale. The place was dirty.

Just walked out of this chipotle they were completely out of everything! Besides steak chicken rice and beans. No lettuce no cheese or anything else! But had everything for their online orders only?! Very dissapointed

I love Chipotle. I've eaten at various locations around the country literally hundreds of times. I have eaten at this particular location dozens of times over the past 6 years as it is the closest location to my home. I can honestly and unfortunately say that this is the worst location consistently, in terms of both service and overall quality. But our experience today broke the camel's back.They were out of salad dressing, but neglected to tell us that until after we paid, when we asked. Now, I know that some people don't use the salad dressing at Chipotle, but I am not one of those people. I would not have purchased a salad if I had known that upfront. Therefore, I asked for a refund. Surprisingly, the cashier seemed confused and hesitant to do so. She eventually refunded our salads but insisted that this was a "one time thing".They had no napkins. At all. In the store.The chips they gave with the kids meal were stale.There is another Chipotle location just a few miles south. Go there.
