I spent 15 minutes behind one car in the drive-through. When I got to the window I asked the young man why it was taking so long? He just looked away, did not respond at all. Gave me my food and I asked him again, if they were shorthanded. He just walked away. As someone who has worked in the food industry for 40 years it made me very sad and angry. Asian kids need better training and better PR service. Carl’s Jr. is a Nina some major help
This Carl’s Jr. in particular is absolutely disgusting and poorly managed. Every time I’ve gone here in the year I lived nearby they’re always really dirty and have poor customer service. They play their own music really loud in the back on top of the music they already have going on. The two conflicting songs along with the poor Wi-Fi, makes for a really unpleasant atmosphere. The past two times I’ve gone I’ve had stomach issues after leaving. Go to the Taco Bell nearby it is ran much better. I feel the reason why this Carl’s Jr. is so bad is because of the management, it’s hard to blame the workers when there is no incentive to perform well without a competitive wage.
Mmmm don't like it that they leave the back door open day and night, when they have a rat trap right by the door. I wonder if they have a rat problem inside, since the door is always open. Won't be back.
Theres a new guy in the morning shift. Very well mannered he is like the perfect cashier. Wish there was a billion more of him we need great people like that in various stores and restaurants now and days. He even offered sauces how come cashiers cant be like that in other fast food restaurants. The other staff seemed well mannered also and respectful to each other:)
The employees are very rude over there especially if you are from another minority group different from they own.

Seemingly stole my card information and then was dumb enough to use it at the same place they got it. I was charged over 50 dollars 10 days after my last visit for which I was already charged. Frankly unbelievable that something like this could happen at an established chain like Carl’s Jr. would leave 0 star review but it wouldn’t let me. Absolute clown show!
Everything was very good and fresh, the people were very friendly
terrible service, i had to wait in the drive through for 10 mins at the window for my food just to get my order wrong twice. Thats the longest i have ever waited for food at a drive through restaurant. Dumb and Lazy workers.
