Been waiting 40 minutes for an açaí bowl. After another customer asked why his order was taking so long, they told him that they’re sorry but their blender is broken. Would’ve been nice if they had let customers know that before they put in an order, not after.
Excellent açaí bowls!! The fruit was fresh and ripe and delicious.
The bowls are great as always, but the place is sad, not a great/interesting decoration. Just another plain local in a plain mall. You guys should work on that field and make a whole experience for the costumers.

The staff fails to connect with the customer and the employee tending to the customers during my visit was clearly not interested in providing a good experience. The Backyard Bowls located in Santa Barbara has better service.
So yummy! They have gluten free granola and allow a lot of modifications and add-ins to their bowls and smoothies. I will definitely be coming back!
