Never received my delivery. After calling and being placed on hold for over 10 minutes on my follow up call I had the person who took the call just hold up the phone for the “manager” to scream “I already put the refund request” followed by the person taking the call to then ask me “Did you hear that?”. After asking for the managers name I was told Isaiah with no last name and when asked for a full name I was told “Just tell anyone Isaiah”. It’s been 10 business days and still haven’t received my refund. I’ll handle the refund request in person. But for future reference hire “managers” that can manage a situation. Not ignore a situation only to have them scream at a employee running the register who has nothing to do with managing issues/complaints.
Update on my prior review.Matt and the fellas behind the counter is what this Wingstop needs. Consistent service all around .. didn't get all of their names but I was pleasantly surprised to see how well these 3 young men manage this business. They follow any instructions as described by the customer and that's a win for me. Keep up the good work ?
Waited 30 minutes for food that I placed through phone only for my order to be forgotten and ignored. Waited another 30 minutes to get food. I was told wait was 5 to 10 minutes, turned out to be an hour
Service have always been great here. Delicious wings and fries. I suggest order ahead. Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan are amazing.
Online ordering was easy. Got our food on time and staff our friendly. Best of all the wings were cooked and flavored well.
Happens everytime. You order in app and wait then get to the store and wait for another 20min. I'll never order from this store again.

Omg so good the supervisor girl with black hair is so and nice she was so helpful on what to order , and the cook made the best wings I’ve ever had at any wing stop and everyone was so friendly and they had good music playing while you wait. Manager laca was friendly and welcoming..
Horrible customer service!!! Our order was made incorrectly and we didn't realize until we got home. We called to get the order corrected and got hung up on, not once, not twice, but 3 times!Go to the Wingstop in La Verne instead! It's like night and day when it comes to customer service. They actually seem to care!
We always order at this location, never i did expect such rude manager at the 7pm shift.Placed the phone order at 5.30pm and have specifically told the lady that i will be picking up by 7.15pm and pay upfront. Guess what? Arrived at the location and my order was never placed? The worst customer service ever! For 30 pcs bone in wings they will only give u 1 pc of dipping sauce? WOW so cheap! They will charge if u ask for additional...omgeeee
