Food was great. I like gluten free options and they had a nice variety of choices. I had the chicken Greek salad. The chicken was some of the best I had, nice char on the outside, the inside was moist... So good. Our server was very nice and did an amazing job.
If you want excellent food, clean family atmosphere then come here. Always been a favorite!
I had the lule kebab and Armenian coffee to drink, and my partner had the beef shawarma fries. The kebab was delightfully seasoned, and pleasantly juicy. The rice and grilled tomatoes and peppers were good as well, and I happily wrapped it all up in the flatbread that came with my order. My omly wish was a little tzatziki to really complete the ensemble.I quite enjoyed my Armenian coffee, though you should be in the mood for a strong cup like espresso if you order it. For me at the time, it was perfect.I tried the shawarma fries as well, and my partner and I both were very pleased with them. It's a filling plate for one, and quite splittable for you and a friend. Our table and seating were clean, and service was attentive and friendly, if admittedly a bit lacking in the hustle department (it did take a few minutes just to get a menu). Thankfully, once we ordered, we were well-attended to, otherwise I would dock for this.Altogether, a very good Mediterranean joint, and a place I'd recommend if you're in the area and down for some kebab or shawarma. I'd also recommend sitting outside on their charming streetside deck if the weather's permitting; one of the unintended consequences of 2020 is that street space has opened up for outdoor seating, and I say embrace it for as long as you can. As for myself, I'm likely to go again sometime.
We were the only people there. The food was good but not great. The sevice considering we were the only ones there was poor at best had to ask for refills on water and tea actually I had to go inside to ask for refill or it would of never come .Not sure I will go back
The plates missing essential Mediterranean items like salad, garlic paste and tahini. You have to purchase them separately. They serve the plates with rice and bread together, two carbs items which don’t go together unless you serve something to eat with, like garlic paste or tahini. My children was dry and my husband asked for will done meat, and he got medium rare. Many items of the menu wasn’t available like wrap and falafel on Sunday, not sure why? It’s weekend and it’s the high demand time.Waited for 30 minutes to get the food.Price wise, expensive for what you get.
Food was amazing though the service was only decent. Our server could have spoken a bit louder and checked on our table more often when we were ready to order. However, that is one small case against the really good food
Great flavor good quality Meats.. expensive small portions. My beef shwarma wrap had a hair in it
Great food and great service!
Our family has been coming here for years to celebrating birthdays, half birthdays, or special accomplishments - the kids wouldn't have it any other way! The adults are partial to the fresh Armenian coffee, the wrapped grape leaves and lentil soup, the falafel plate, and of course there was an amazing dessert offered (my favorite): ashta! The kids' "fan favorites" include several orders of halloumi and beef kabob. We will definitely be back!
The food is absolutely AMAZING! Charming restaurant with outdoor seating in the Glendora Village. The portions are large and the prices are reasonable. We got the dinner for two which includes, beef, chicken, and Lule,, rice, grilled veggies and pita bread. We added a side of garlic and garlic fries as an app and had leftovers to bring home. The Malbec wine complemented the dinner very well. The owner is personable and offered to turn on the heat lamps outdoors, but the fall weather was nice so we declined. We can’t wait to come back for many more lunch and dinners to sample all they have to offer. The best food in the village by far. I’d give 10 stars if I could, it’s really that good!
