Customer service was nice and to the point. No one in line, inside (7am). Bathroom did not have code, had a key hanging on the sanitizer station which I am not a fan of as it's disgusting to touch the ring/key others continually use after washing my hands. That said, I will go back. And my Latte is delicious. Best part is not only are they a local coffee shop, but they do not charge extra for liquid sugar like the other big name out there which charges for it.
I come here often, great coffee but most of baristas at this location seem to be unfriendly and ignorant. I've met only one friendly barista within 10+ visits here.I hope The coffee bean & tea leaf would select and train staff more carefully for their own revenue.
First time here. Horrible experience this afternoon. Gave us the wrong order, charged us wrong. And we still had to pay after all the inconvenience and mistakes. I will not be coming to this location again.Our visit was through the drive thru.

Took the 3 person asking me what's my order is that was order ahead to be pick up before one of the lady started to make my order, that's after 15mins of look stupid at the pickup area. The order which was 1 ice Americano and 1 over night oat. The lady that help me and make my order was very friendly otherwise I wanted to give this place at one star.
I love the coffee, and for the first time I ordered food. The egg bacon and cheese sandwich came half cooked. Some cheese was melted the other hard and the bread soggy. After two bites I threw it awayYick.
Honestly their drive-thru is one of the slowest that you could possibly get into, they make in and out look fast. Not really sure why they have a drive-through option if they can't seem to push the drinks out quickly.
I came twice. First time was terrible. Personnel were in terrible mood. I just counted as a bad day but then next time 1 week later I came in the overall atmosphere was even worse. I’ll never come back. Get better people. No one deserves pay for a coffee early in the morning amd deal with an attitude like that. Be professionals!
This place is awesome and they have really fantastic pastries and such a wonderful variety of teas, but they are having SERIOUS supply chain issues. Like the last 5 times I've gone, I've had to order 4 different drinks to finally find something that they have in stock! The staff are so kind and accommodating so please don't be mad at them for things being out of stock.
