The Night Shift drive thru staff don’t care about the customers. My mother asked for no onions and no lettuce and they put both inside even tho the receipt says no. They rush and give broken taco shells. They always mess up her orders. If you don’t care about your customers then quit and find a different job! Poor staff, poor quality. The cooks preps are jokes.
The drive Thur night shift is a joke! These people are lazy and don’t listen to what we say! They always mess up the orders and always forget to put the sauce in the bag! Taco shell are broken two out of three. They need to get rid of these people that don’t care.
This location messes up special orders quite often. They don’t tend to forget items on larger orders which is nice. But they sometimes miss adding guacamole or extra sauce when requested.
Ordered a cheese quesadilla with a party taco pack. I'm the one who are the cheese quesadilla ~ I got extra jalapeño sauce cause ?? and they forgot to cut it. I honestly don't mind, eating it as a whole is kinda nice ? I prefer it this way

There was a very tall gentleman at the drive through just a bit ago and he was one of the most polite and pleasant person I’ve encountered at any Taco Bell. And considering it’s New Year’s Eve, it’s admirable to see someone with such a great attitude.
I got the veggie bowl they did not put the guacamole on my veggie bowl what a big disappointment give me what I paid for!!! The ? is the highlight since I don’t eat meat ?

I ordered $26 worth of food and they gave it to me in 1 small bag completely full to the brim.When I had to check my order and empty out the over filled bag the clerk asked me to leave the drive thru and check in the parking lot.Not sure how much you have to spend to get more than 1 bag or even a larger bagAlso, one of the burritos had about 0.5oz of actual content inside of it. Yes, the packaging and tortilla had more than the actual stuffing.But yeah I'll take a #2 and 3.6 taco packets thanks
