Over 10 cars in drive thru never moved for 5 min. Went inside and not enough help and they were overwhelmed. Not going back.
Got wrong order and when I went in the person at counter had my order and I mentioned it happened before and he said merry Christmas and this was Dec 28 he was being sarcastic...
Got our order correct and fresh hot french fries. A lot better quality food and nicer employees then the McDonald's in Glendora off Arrow Hwy. and Glendora Ave.
Very busy and the only thing I don’t like is waiting for too long in the drive lane\\nI don’t understand why wait in line for to long\\nMacdonald is a fast food place right ?
Waited 20 min in the drive through line went inside waited 10 min nobody would take my order they were standing around not doing anything this is the second time this has happened to me at dinner time manager needs to be fired
Mickey D's is Mickey D's no matter wherever you go. what set this McDonald's apart was the excellent customer service. I don't live in the area, but I would gladly travel to this McDonald's any day rather than visit the one that's around the corner from my home. when visiting this McDonald's the young lady who took my order was extremely friendly and made it a nice visit. she wore a smile and had manners. very welcoming. keep up the work young lady! the person who took my order was likewise extremely friendly and that is something that I look for when shopping at any eatery.
I come here often inspire of the silent green rumor's....The young man taking the $ at the drive thru I thought he fell asleep so I pulled forward & the young lady said, thank you have a nice day. I said I didn't pay for my food. She said she'd be right back. Well it took her a while & I chose to go inside to pay. They handed the bag to me & again said have a nice day. But I didn't pay yet. They responded yes, it's fine thank you.So I got 2 hamburgers & a frappe for free!Thank you McD's crew
This McDonald's just continues to disappoint me. Last 2 visits missing items.
I was there waiting for my to go order. I believe she was the shift manager put her hand in the trash to smash it down and then returned to the packaging line to put food in the bags for the orders. She had no gloves nor did she care she touched trash and then our food. I did not get to see her name badge but she had her hair up and the bottom portion of her hair was cut short, like buzz cut short.
The staff here is always amazing! Its impressive really! And of course the food is McDonalds, I've never been let down at this location.
