Food was great and service was good too!
Horrible service, they have no responsibility and don't except take credit cards at night. The other mcdonalds have 10pc mcnuggets but this one refused to give me any they said that 10 piece is not a valid item. Then I ordered a 6 piece happy meal which the other mcdonalds' sell, but they said only 4 pieces are sold for happy meals. ON TOP OF THAT, they did not cook my nuggets even close to done. These workers are really young and I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. you may think this is a one time thing, but I've came here multiple times to see if they changed, but no it's still a horrible service. I hate writing a review like this and I am not a Karen, but truly this is not a good business.
I don't know what happened at this McDonald's but for a while it seemed like they didn't have no adults working their. Because every time I would order from that McDonald's it would be cold or missing something or wrong. But now they are on it everything comes out hot and complete and most importantly just the way you ordered it YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!
It's a nice place with great atmosphere (I would sit inside with my friends and discuss life while leeching off the WiFi back in college) . While the actual food is lacking in many vital nutrients the staff is kind and hardworking. Too bad they keep getting scammed by their ice cream machine provider. Sucks to have a business partner perpetuating poverty mindset.
The manager Jeanette at this location has horrible customer service skills and has a very rude/condescending demeanor. Made my visit an unpleasant experience. I’ve come to this McDonald’s for breakfast and ordered the same thing more times then I can count on both of my hands. When I visit this location, I always order the deluxe breakfast meal and add a 69 cent hashbrown to the meal. I tried ordering it but Jeanette tells me they have never done that. I tell her there must be some confusion because I always order the extra hashbrown with no issues. She quickly gets agitated raising her voice saying it’s only with the combos. I ask for her name to follow up and I can tell she gets mad. I then tried adding an apple pie with my McDonald’s app code and I inform her my app is loading. Within a matter of 10 seconds, she aggressively says “just pull forward!”. By the time I get to the window, a cashier is helping me but she is the background pointing to her name tag saying the name is Jeanette like if I didn’t catch it the first time I asked. This lady literally fought with me for 69 cents which speaks a lot about their customer service. If policy has changed on the deluxe meal, the best thing to do is apologize for the inconvenience and inform the customer in a change of policy instead of getting combative.
Decent, takes a bit to get your food sometimes but generally good timing. Nice employees each time I’ve visited. Not much else to say about this place. Bathrooms are usually clean which is always a plus.
Ate 2big macs mocha coffee and fries apple turnovers very clean and employees very kind and Respectful.....
Can't believe how much stuff is costing nowadaysA double QP er with cheese no pickles and a dollar med coke . Was 8.16 . No fry's nothing else not even napkins in the bag and you have to ask for condiments . They use to ask you would you like some ketchup. Times have changed service sucks and Biden plan is making America not so great.
Got into the drive thru this morning ordered two breakfast meals one with small coffee one with small orange juice. Paid $15.08 get to pick up window they hand me the stinks and one small bag containing one breakfast sandwich and one hashbrown. I all the girl where's the rest of the order, she says I didn't take your order. I show her the one sandwich and hashbrown and the receipt that I paid for 2 meals. She refuses to look at the receipt. She calls the guy who took my order over he looks at the receipt. the girl at the window acts like I'm giving her attitude when they are the ones that made the mistake. Then the manager comes and i show her the receipt and the food I got. No apology from manager Mary she demands for the incorrect food back then finally gives me my correct order but refuses to give me my receipt back. I told her I wanted my receipt. All the cars behind me are honking because they are probably running late. What a mess they caused when anyone should have been able to look at the receipt and see I was given the wrong order. Please check your order when you go here.
THIS IS THE BEST MCDONALD'S EVER‼️‼️. THEY GET ORDERS RIGHT AND IT'S FRIES ARE ALWAYS CRISP AND HOT...
