Very friendly staff. Beautiful decor. Inside or out it's very comfortable. The food is out of this world. A must visit when in the area. Some friends had a gathering here a few weeks ago and told me about. I'm glad they did because I will definitely be coming back for more. On a scale of 1 thru 10, I give Luca Bella a 10 across the board. !
The food was delicious! The service was excellent. The pastas are wonderful and very large portions. The sea bass was out of this world!
Luca Bella used to have a branch at The Walker House in San Dimas and that was my favorite place to go. Such a elegant place. The OG Luca Bella restaurant location isn't anything to shout about when compared to The Walker House, but it's nice enough. Food is very good. They have the best chopped salad around.Verdict: lovely place. But I miss The Walker House location!
We visited several months ago and probably will be our only time. This restaurant is marked as "fine dining" esque, but was very lackluster. Service was great, but the food was meh. The menu is traditional American options that you would expect to have robust taste and smell, but this is the complete opposite of what you get. The taste is subpar and the smell is lacking. If I want to go out and pay $20-$30/plate I would definitely take my business elsewhere. You can dress up a pig, but it's still a pig.
This place was a good choice. The wife and I both had salads. This has the right feel for a home town place where you know the experience will always be good. I will for sure continue coming back.
Luca Bella has a diverse menu, average to high cost and great service. Their Sunday brunch has a long list of different types of mimosos.
Came in because I wanted to try the steak sandwich. I ordered it with the endive salad and both were so amazing!
Really wanted to love this restaurant! The food was decent at best, good quality ingredients but bland. Service left a lot to be desired, server was inattentive and didn’t check on us once after food was delivered. Walked past three employees on the way out and nobody acknowledged us. This place has a lot of potential, maybe we caught them on an off-night for kitchen and staff…
Every entre is spectacular, but the show pieces for us tonight were the appetizers. Bacon wrapped dates, roasted baby beets, and the charcuterie tray. A delicious cabernet by Daou and incredibly attentive service from Gaby made for a wonderful Saturday meal experience.
Staff are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Food was great!!
