WORST AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The cashiers had gave terrible service due to them being lazy and don’t give a dam you ask for something and they act like your talking to a wall , the floor was downright awful and sticky, the supplies weren’t that completed mostly the forks, and that the trash is so full that it looks like they never changed the trash from the morning. On the cashiers, they have not gave the exact change back. I asked for the exact change back and they never returned it, I had asked that why don’t they check the camera so they don’t think we are stealing, they replied with “I have to ask the manager to check the camera and giving back the exact change as if I return the money it’ll count as me stealing.” However the manager is not here because they are not working today. Out of all the pollo locos this place is outrageous I would not recommend this restaurant at all and if I had a 0 star rate I would rate this a 0.
Seems that most El Pollo Loco's can't seem to get the order right. Asked for extra chicken in the burrito, paid for it, and did not receive it.
Im sooooo disappointed today!! I always have about a 10min wait which is totally fine, but today....not sure if the young lady was new but I dont understand how I am the first of 4people to order and you go OUT of order to give customers thier food and Im the very last. The lady I believe was the manager and other employees were not helping her until she was very backed up. I even saw a customer walk away because no one could focus on thier areas. This is literally up the street from my home, I think I will try another location that cares about good food AND GOOD SERVICE....smh
I like how they're don't overgrill the chicken like some other chains.The size of the sides has really dropped down from before, but the chicken tastes pretty good. I'll probably only get the chicken from now on.Did do mobile order for asap pick up, but waited about 10min at the location after the time my order was supposed to be done.
They put no pollo, in my pollo bowl. Also gave me no receipt, I'm pretty sure I didn't say no pollo.
The place looks like it could use a wipe down.The salsas are watered down--unlike other stores I visit frequently. Altogether, subpar.

They don't seem to have anything on the menu. Came one day they where out of chicken, next time they said it would take about 45min to get the order. Then time order something from the specials promotion (dos taco salad they didn't have any then order the unwrapped burrito salad they didn't have any either.
There's something called customer service.... when this location acquires some let me know!!!! Until then I will not be coming back to your establishment. Good luck.
This particular El Pollo Loco has the bomb.com beans.Almost taste authentic.And 22 bucks for 8 peicies of chicken, 2 sides and tortillas,plus salsa is a great deal.
