Lived on glendora 33 years, have never eaten here. We have now been 3x in the last 2 months and have become fans.. very generous portions, food quality very good. Staff super friendly
Food is always excellent and fresh. Staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. Orders are always right.
The classic mexican food spot. Glendora has a fair amount of Anglo-prefered mexican food, but this is a place I actually see latinos eating at. Which is a good sign. All their food is pretty good. I'm a huge fan of the chips, though.
This is probably the best Mexican food place I've ever had! The taquitos are so good! I usually never review places, but this place deserves it! My boyfriend loved the enchiladas as well.
My wife and I started going here frequently again since the pandemic hit. The drive thru makes It so easy to order. Food is excellent and the Taquitos are the best you will ever eat. Loaded with guacamole and shredded cheese, you will not be disappointed. Their crunchy tacos are delicious. Monday thru Friday their daily special is a great deal. The restaurant staff are very hard working and provide great service. Great Mexican Food.
The beef wet burrito combo is extremely delicious! And considering the price, it was filling and convenient. Great!
I try your crispy taco combo. The shredded meat had no flavor at all. The beans and rice are horrible too. Very bad experience. Nasty food waste of money. Get a new cook. Highly recommend. I had your tacos before no improvement.
Food has potential to be good. I've actually been eating there for years but these last few months my food has been over cooked verging on being burnt. I've asked each time to NOT over cook and am ignored BY the cook. I won't pay for over cooked food...
My family moved into the area in the mid 80s and we started eating at this place then it's always been a solid place to eat. A few years ago someone drove their car through part of the patio, and the business was closed for remodeling for a while. I moved out of state, but moved back recently. I guess they changed hands in that time, the food is as tasty as ever, and some improvements to presentation and ingredients have been made. This restaurant has always been super solid on shredded beef and chicken, but their asada has been lacking in the past. Given the improvement I have seen I look forward to editing and upping my rating in the future. Keep up the good work. Also, yes, they are more expensive than del taco, their food is better than Alberto's, and they are less expensive than Castenada's.
(Edited below for response)- I guess when I edit the comment, the owner/manager response gets deleted. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Come on Google(First posted review) 1 street taco for $4.25 ($3.75 in store maybe???) ? ? That's insane... I ordered them on DoorDash thinking it was a set of tacos... As the normal street taco prices... Such a rip off(Edit for response to owner/manager reply:) 1 tiny taco for $4 is to pay for the meat and the employees' wage increase? I'm assuming all the extra costs of everything is ONLY coming from selling each, small, street taco for $4 each. Let's be realistic, man... Why is every other restaurant able to charge less for tacos? I'm guessing they wouldn't have employees if they didn't pay them. There's plenty of jobs available. Seems like they don't hurt from the supplier costs, either. What were you paying your employees before the taco price raise and what were the prices of the tacos then?
