Awesome food! My only complaint is they close early and that's just me being selfish lol! I love their garlic twists and pepperoni pizza! It always is a hit!
Never going back. Ordered the senior pizza lunch and because we didn't say senior she charged us $8 for the salad. Have eaten there for years but no more.
Excellent outdoor experience. We visited to try something new in town and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Don't expect a traditional italian delicacy. We had pizza and calzone and enjoyed it as the calzone could have probably fed both of us no problem. The waiter was attentive, but probably not the best representation of customer service (seating was confusing - you check in at the counter and then there is only outdoor seating available...). They include heaters outside so if that is your kind of thing. If you are looking for a new place to try or are craving pizza definitely give this place a shot. It was a comfortable 65 degrees outside so if you are a typical Californian you may be better off wearing sweaters and jackets if dining at night.
I grew up not far from Dominico's location on Washington Blvd in Pasadena and we ordered from it all the time. My dad was a huge fan of the Big D pizza. While it's still excellent, I think it's more nostalgia than actual product. It's still 'good', but it seems to me like it used to be better. Maybe that's my teenage self talking. In any case, love the cheese ravioli and their marinara sauce is excellent. Dominico's is a very 'old-school' Italian restaurant there aren't many of anymore.Bon appetite!
Overpriced, rude and lax food prep. They never masked up during COVID and got rid of their lunch specials. Also, weirdly quite poltical. We used to love this place but no longer recognize it. Skip it and go to Spaghetti Eddies.
It’s really hard to mess up pizza, but Domenico’s has done it. If you’re a fan of Chuck E. Cheese pizza, then you may enjoy it here. Service was great, but definitely won’t be back for food.
They ripped me off on how they price their toppings. I bought one large pizza, half pepperoni and the other half mushrooms. When i got the bill, they charged me for each topping. When I brought this up, the manager said he was not able. I also want to mention that they do not list their prices on the receipt, only the total you pay. So unless your paying attention, they just get away with it. I will not be going back till they change their prices accordingly.
Great little family owned pizza place. Service was fantastic. Salad was a bit sad since it was pretty much just lettuce but the boneless chicken wings and pizza more than made up for it. Pizza was cooked nicely and the topping tasted great. I'd go again if I'm looking for pizza.
Really devastated to write this review but the quality just plummeted. This was by far the best chicken parm I had ever had, second only to the Domenicos in Monrovia. My recent visit was just 2 reheated costco chicken patties. The sauce was great, the cheese is still tasty, but you cannot disguise a pink slime foam patty, gone were the shreds of actual chicken meat, replaced by the foamy consistency of a tyson chicken nugget. Heart breaking.
Too political. Used to love coming here. The food is ok- nothing amazing. Reasonably priced but definitely don’t share their politics so we’ll go elsewhere.
