Edit:Gave it a second chance, double disappointment. Prices on the drive-through menu do not match the actual prices, plus employees were laughing when giving me the food and looked suspicious like they did something to the food, I threw away what I ordered. Never coming back.Rude employees, I was at the drive through waiting for like 10 minutes and nobody was answering when they finally answered the employee yelled at me to wait, I backed up and left.
This Del Taco delivered to me through postmates. The food was perfect temperature, you're, delicious and fresh. Since I do not have a Del Taco in my area, I really enjoyed the macho combo burrito, small nachos and crunchy tacos.. They also have the best strawberry lemonade with chunks of strawberries swimming around in it. I'm assuming it's homemade because it tastes like it. Also you can have the strawberry lemonade with sprite in it, which kind of gives it a different twist.
Do not have a Del Taco in my area, so look forward to the small nachos, macho combo burrito, and crunchy tacos with extra sour cream. Plus, they have the best homemade strawberry lemonade, which you can also get it with Sprite as well. The food was fresh, delicious, and perfect temperature.
I know it is just a fast food place but could the person taking the order appear to be awake and at the end at least say Thank You instead of just walking away. Also when the order is just 3 of 1 thing with 1 other item get it right. Order a flour tortilla and we get a corn tortilla.
Fantastic!!! The cook did a marvelous job at making my beans Friday night January 28th 2022!!! The cashier who helped me was so gracious, she also handled a busy drive thru with ez. Than who ever stepped in, was also great!!! A young gentleman the entire staff!!
They literally never get your order correct. And when you call them, no one answers.
Customer service was excellent. And they hired a young staff which was refreshing to see. The service was professional and straight to the point and didn't insist I buy cookies or any additional junk food, as I am on a calorie deficit and have no will power to say no to good sugar infested food. I would have wished the tables were cleaner but I as a grown adult was able to wipe down the table before and after I mastecated. The ice was a little excessive in my diet coke and had trouble penetrating the straw thru the Arctic conditions. It also made my dehydrated body take longer to recoup the proper fluids in a timely matter as there was less diet coke, which required a refill.. but other than that I survived and will likely go back again ?.
Ordered an epic burrito the burrito lacked the sauce majorly.The line for the drive thru was atleast 8 mins per car.I went inside saw there where only 2 individuals working so I understood that.The inside of this restaurant was well kept.
I ordered 4 tacos at this place and it took them over 30 minutes to make. Once I got home, I realized they made the wrong tacos and I had to go back to get new ones. After I went to get new tacos, they still gave me the wrong tacos. It wasn't a pleasant experience.
How many times can you cram the word fresh into something before it becomes actually fresh? This fresh beyond fresh guacamole fresh burrito fresh was freshly given to me with these nice crunchy fresh beans that have been freshly sitting since yesterday
