The cookies are amazing!I had ordered on their tablets and it took 30 seconds for my order to arrive which was warm and soft.I had ordered two cookies, basic chocolate chip and s’mores. Both of which very delicious, and you really only need one.The price is a bit hefty (4.50 for an individual), but for the size, most would see it as appropriate.I live in Fontana and this makes me excited for the new location here.
LOVE Crumbl Cookies. Staff is always friendly and they are quick even when there is a long line. I like that there are screens where you can customize your box. Makes things very efficient. Cookies are always high quality.
Best cookies I’ve ever had. Week after week, flavors are so good. Delivery option is also super convenient and also very dangerous because it makes it too easy to have these cookies all the time.
The people that work at this location are RUDE. just went about 5 minutes before closing and they still had the door open and open sigh up but wouldn’t let us get past the door without shouting over and over that they are closed when I asked if it was possible to get just one or two of whatever they have left they shouted no and they’re closed again. Then upon getting in my car they bring three huge boxes of cookies out and next door while they exchange for food. I asked the employee outside exchanging cookies for food if their manager was aware of them turning away a paying customer to give away free cookies next door, he had no answer. As we drove away the rude girls in the front stood at the door and waved. Do yourself a favor and just don’t go to this location they don’t deserve your business.
Wish they were more affordable! A definite once in a while field trip. Gallon of gas or a cookie? Prefer the cookie. This location is closest to me, but a good 10 mile trip.
Some of the best cookies ever, and I’ve had hundreds of different cookies from different locations. I like to think of myself as a Cookie Monster ?! I tried all 6 of these, and boy oh boy did they hit the spot. I would explain how each one tasted but it’s better if you try it yourself. Trust me, it’s well worth the price based off the taste, texture and size of these cookies!It’s taken the family and I a couple of days to finish these and I think today will be the final day. That means I have to make a trip back soon!
These cookies are so good! I especially like the sugar cookie!! They tend to be a little expensive in my opinion, so they can't be something I can have every day. They have to be a special treat but they're well worth it!!

So I was skeptical when I tried Crumbl especially since it seemed overly hyped on social media and honestly, when I first tried it, I was disappointed. However, I gave it another shot and another shot and another shot and I realized that having it freshly warmed is the best way to have it. We have been coming back and trying a different flavor each time and waiting it fresh. IT IS SO DARN GOOD!
