The blueberry and peach lemonades with real fruit pieces are some of the best anywhere. Employees were respectful and my order was ready fairly quickly. The selection of cheesesteaks is really good and the online ordering process is great. The deals are also the best I've seen in any rewards account and are worth a lot. It's easy to sign up on the app. More people need to know about this brand, it was way better than I thought it would be.
First/last time coming to this location. Ordered the #7 and told the cashier I wanted the #7 3 times. The cashier rings me up for the #1. Boyfriend politely corrected the order. When I got my order there were two giant holes at the bottom of my sandwiches so once I lifted off the paper everything fell out. On top of that the chef kept staring at me whilst I started taking bites from the sandwich. Stopped eating after that didn't even bother to drink my lemonade. Don't punish me for your mistakes. Love the restaurant this location however just has lower quality employees.

Honestly, I won't be coming back after the terrifying experience and poor excuse for good food.I'm going to be straight up about this: For any issues with anyone other than management, I'm not even going to blame them for what I'm going to explain below. This store needs a new management team that actually knows how to run a store since the workers seemed to be doing their best under horrible leadership.From what I can tell, the manager (assuming the short chubby guy in the black polo shirt that was cooking while I was there) runs his store like trash and treats his employees, and even his customers, with absolute disrespect which causes even more problems.I ordered for pick up through their website, set for a specific time. When I arrived at that time, the food hadn't even been started, which I can forgive under the guise of "the food should be served hot".My chicken was burned (probably because he was busy talking) and the buffalo sauce was extremely light (almost non-existent). I literally watched him do this. The store wasn't even busy and from my quick peek at the order screen, there were almost no pending orders outside of mine. If the chicken was supposed to have flavor, I wouldn't know.He even interrupted a conversation two customers were having (I'm assuming one of these customers were an off-the-clock employee) to harass and belittle them in front of everyone, which made me incredibly uncomfortable. Went in on Tuesday to try their $0.60 a piece boneless wing special. Firstly, computer charged full price and to top it off they had to reimburse the difference in cash after manually figuring out how much I was owed because the computer won't allow them to do it.
The people was very nice and friendly I ordered a philly cheesesteak nothing on it
The sandwiches are thin and not a good value. They put weird things in the sandwiches lettuce and tomatoes? Ugh! Lots of fillers. The bathroom is dirty. They out of straws! #1 Cheesesteak in the World? No way! How official is this ranking?
