To many tickets in the window and not enough help. One person doing all the work with a line of people waiting for their order. Been waiting over an hour for one bagel
Great morning sandwich and I understand there’s a worker shortage but they should consider a new strategy when it’s busy. It took about 30 minutes for one sandwich
The staff is very slow even when they are not busy. I and a friend have gone before 3:00 and 3 times they were already closed. Lights off, gate down and Closed sign up. One of the other vendors we went to said, the woman closes before 3:00 often. Buy the bagels early because after 1:00 they taste day old and there’s no variety. Morning coffee and bagels are great if your willing to wait due to slow, unorganized staff.
I love coming here for the joe special, but today was a bad experience. Customers in line left because the 2 workers there(an old lady and a younger girl) couldn’t get it together and took forever to complete peoples order. I waited 30 mins for 1 bagel. They gave my bagel to someone else. When they realized that I had still been waiting for my bagel instead of putting my order to be done right away other orders were made before mine. Then I come home to my bagel drenched in the jalapeño cream cheese. This used to be my favorite bagel spot.
I have been here 4 times and EVERY single time I get home with my order its wrong. EVERYTIME. I don't get it. I ordered a Cassidy club and asked for Swiss cheese to be added. And again the wrong cheese. Ugh I wish just once they would make it right. So frustrating
The food is decent- however they skimp on ingredients like bacon and avocado (so it’s mostly cream cheese). The wait time was 15-20min for two bagel sandwiches! There were 3 staff trying to complete orders and it did not seem busy. The customer service was poor. The person who took our order didn’t appear happy or friendly in the least. When our order was ready they just put it up without making eye contact or confirming the order or saying thank you. I don’t know how sanitary it is either because all of the staff wore one glove (?) and would sometimes handle food with their bare hand. I don’t think I’ll be a returning customer.
The bagel sandwiches themselves taste good but kind of ridiculous they charge for each item you put on it. Each item is $.85 to a $3 if you build your own sandwich. Most places give you the basics for free. 85cents for a couple slices of tomato and 85cents for a few capers, seems a bit pricey. Came out to a $15 bagel sandwich!
Cassidy’s Corner Café is a cute small coffee shop that primarily serves breakfast and lunch bagels and drinks. They’re located within Glendora Public Market. Staff were friendly, competent and followed health protocol. After perusing their menu, I ordered the tuna sandwich egg bagel and a hot cocoa. Service was mildly fast and prices were fair to say the least. My tuna bagel was warm, tasty and delicious. Similarly, my hot cocoa was perfect. Overall, I enjoyed my lil breakfast albeit satisfying. I highly recommend this café.
The owner or manager is always smiling and always friendly! Absolutely enjoy our brief conversations TALK ABOUT SERVICE WITH A SMILE
Omg! Awesome bagels sandwiches! Holy cow. Fresh, soft and warm. So glad we decided to stop by a try it. Been back twice in 3 days. And they employees are just as great. We’re SOLD.
