A few blocks from Forest Lawn, Glendale, and an awkward corner location, but it's fully functioning as a place to dine-in or take-out. The ingredients are so fresh yet service was fast
The only restaurant where they serve WAY MORE food than the pictures on the menu. Friendly owner, great music selections. Superb hand made pizzas and kebabs made right in front of you, you literally cannot go wrong with any choice off their menu. An amazing surprise, come try the best pizza in town.
I love this place. All the food (not just the pizza -- the kabob plates are great too!) is fresh and delicious. And I like that it's family-owned. I work at home and often pick up my lunch there -- the portions are so generous, that they make two meals. But the dine-in area is cute, too. It's places like this that make a neighborhood special!
Absolute best pizza in LA. It’s very hard to settle for other places. I had the Viking pizza and beef kebab. Highly recommend trying the bread here!

Viking Pizza - mozzarella, kabob, feta, cucumber, peppercini, onion, fresh tomato, salad, sauce / 5 ?!Quattro Stagioni Pizza - ham, shrimp, mussels, olive, mushroom, artichokes/ 5 ?!I found a kabob pizza post online somewhere and it looked interesting which then led to me wondering where in LA I might find one and that led me to Viking Pizza and Kabob. My parents had just arrived for a visit and that felt like a good time to see if a kabob pizza was as good as it sounded. The answer was a definite yes!The pizza was very tasty and very much tasted like a kabob. I was ready for whatever outcome it could have been so I was thrilled to find out it was tasty. The pizza crust was New York style, thin and chewy. Complimented the toppings very well.Since there was three of us and a big menu of interesting pizza combos we also tried out a Quattro Stagioni. Also very tasty. The shrimp and mussels were good quality.If I hadn't seen a kabob pizza online I would very likely never have found Viking Pizza which is a shame because it is a really good place that offers up a lot of creative, gourmet pizza combos. Plus they have a much broader menu that goes past pizza.
Very cool place. I definitely recommend it. Very unique pizza it reminds me of pizza I’ve had in New Orleans. I walked by and saw the sign for Swedish pizza and I had to try it despite trying to avoid carbs otherwise. :)They have a large menu other than pizza they have a lot of Mediterranean dishes that look very tasty.The interior of the restaurant is very cozy, it reminds me of places I’ve enjoyed in Chicago. You can see into the kitchen, the smell of food is in the air, many pictures on the wall depicting classic Hollywood actors and scenes.A large glaring flat screen TV with news coverage of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.It’s cold outside but warm in here!I could sit here for hours and munch on this pizza. The gentleman who served me is very kind with a big smile on his face he asked me midway through if I enjoyed the pizza and my heart warmed up:)I could just fall asleep here it’s so cozy.Come here and enjoy their great service and delicious Swedish pizza.
Actual Svensk Kebabpizza with Pizzasalad. Super good pizza, tastes just like it does in Sweden. Pizza comes sliced. Owner is super friendly.
Viking Pizza is phenomenal! Never had such a creative style pizza that tasted so unique and delicious. That white sauce spiral is the absolute best, this is the only pizza I will ever eat without ranch.

SWEDEN (via Eat the World Los Angeles) - Since Viking Pizza & Kabob showed up at the far southern reaches of Glendale in 2015, it has been teasing passersby with the promise of something not seen in the rest of Southern California: Swedish-style pizza. Most might whiz on by with a furl of the eyebrows and think that is not a thing, but if you have ever been to Sweden or even just been around Swedish people, certainly you will have been exposed to their thoughts on pizza.
