First time customer. Last time I will ever use this establishment. I’m giving 2 stars mostly because of poor customer service. My order for delivery was a large Veg. Pizza, a Cesar Salad and a 15 piece chicken wing order. The choices for sauce on the chicken were mild, spicy, habanero and bbq. I ordered “mild”. When it arrived my wife and I couldn’t eat the chicken it was so spicy. I called and spoke with the manager who argued that that was their mild sauce and it’s a matter of “taste” what is considered mild and spicy. This had a red spicy sauce in it. It was clearly not a “mild” sauce. I asked the manager to please take the charge off our bill since we could not eat the chicken. He refused and said “come in and taste the sauce we call mild”. Very poor customer service and as a result he lost a customer for life. Was that worth $15.99? The Pizza was ok and the Cesar was good. But I will never use Verdugo pizza again. Pizza Boy is a much better company. They were not open on Sunday ofthat would have been my choice.
Persian pizza is AMAZING! I would give this place ten star's if I could.
Solid pizza with a nice crust and good cheese. We always do delivery and it arrives hot and fresh. Prices are reasonable and the service good.
How does it compare to Glendale's old Pizza Pete's?
I usually don’t leave reviews but how do you make pizza without pizza sauce ? And call it a PIZZA ?? I don’t know maybe they ran out of pizza sauce… but who’s knows, It was my first time there I just ordered a pepperoni slice pizza, once I got the pizza I had a few bites and I realize there is no sauce underneath the cheese. So I actually peeled all the cheese out there was no sauce at ALL literally ! It was just very tiny bit on the edges just so you could see the sauce that’s all. Very disappointing.
Quality ingredients and great tasting pizza. Chicken Alfredo Pizza is a must try.
Ordered from door dash for my family. I ordered cheese ravioli for my 14 son who is vegetarian and they sent beef ravioli. Terrible mistake made him very sick
From the first moment you come to this restaurant the personel give you a comfortable feeling. Very warm hosts, it is a happy restaurant to hang out with your friends or with your date. delightful food, talented chef, reasonable price and courteous service. Highly recommended.
Just horrible. We threw the whole pizza away, it was so terrible. Do yourself a favor and don't go here!!
