good food, pleasant service.Been there 3 or 4 times over the last couple years and the quality is consistent. I use eggs benedict as a test for breakfast restaurants and theirs is very good. Everyone else I've been with have enjoyed their meals as well. And so far it's never been crowded, which makes it an unknown gem amidst all the others.
Delightful little gem on the border of Glendale and Griffith Park. I'm always on the lookout for places just like this that are non-chain, family-owned with charm and character. This place is exactly that. I confess that I actually didn't want to write this because I want to keep this secret to myself but the staff are so welcoming. I want them to do well and survive whatever is happening to our economy right now. I came with my little dog in her stroller (laugh but it keeps her calm and out of trouble) and we sat in the outdoor seating on the boulevard. So comfy! My kid ordered the matcha pancakes and I ordered the Eggs Benedict. We both had oat milk lattes. Everything was so yummy like comfort food but better than I could make and I have decent cooking skills. Overall a very pleasant breakfast experience. I will definitely be adding this to my local favorites. Thank you V Boulevard Cafe!
Had the crab omelette with country potatoes. Both were delicious! I'm in Glendale for a short trip; I'll be back here for breakfast again before I return to Austin!
Bomb food, good prices, great service. Bite local eatery to get good whole food for breakfast or lunch.

Average ExperiencesSome days it's a 5 star experiences - others its a 3 star experience. Unfortunately, my most recent experience raving to my friends was a total disappointment. But some says days going for lunch on a weekday goes really well!I'd recommend for convenience and affordable prices
This place is terrible. Their food was super bland so i asked multiple times for ranch and pesto and the waitress never brought it but brought the check. I kindly asked for pesto and ranch again then she yelled at me because she said it wasn't included but she never mentioned that and I would have paid extra either way. I told her i didn't want to pay for my meal because i didn't even eat it since I waited four my sides and she yelled at me even more from across the restaurant about how ridiculous I am for not wanting to pay. Definitely don't recommend.
Place is really nice, prices ! Not so good for the portions of food you get.Country potatoes looks more like fries but big. Server don't bitter to come to the table and ask if you need anything but once .Won't come back again.People sometimes don't like to write what it is .
