This review is more on the conduct of the cashier who I had to deal with to get my order, which i placed online. Cashier working on this day, 6/30/22, needs to be retrained to actually perform good customer service skills.My order pickup was 10:40 am. Arrived pretty much on the dot at the establishment. Was told by cashier they're still prepping my order. I notice now pickup customers come in, along with some dine-in folks.I asked after 15 minutes of waiting what's been going on with my order, since the dine-in customers are getting their food before mine, since it's not like it's a big order (just a meal combo). Turns out it's just been sitting in the corner for several minutes, and now my fries are cold.Cashier doesn't even bother to give me my drink cup. He just plops my order bag in front of me, no apologies or anything. So I decide to grab a drink cup myself. Then, he has the nerve to tell me I can't do that. Well buddy, if you actually started paying attention to what you're supposed to be doing, I wouldn't have had to. I wasnt the only one who had a problem with him as I observed him, he was pretty antagonistic to other patrons as well. One guy asked him, "what is your problem?" He was also ignoring the questions of another also asking about his order.I'm never coming back to this particular place again.
Affordable price and the crew are so helpful.. the restaurant are so clean and organized.
Their burger has no taste just a grilled ground beef with no seasoning at all,it tastes disgusting no matter what toppings they put.

Perfect burgers each and every time. I used the kiosk to order, sat outside (they have alfresco seating) waited for my sms, got my order in ten mins. Great service, too.Musts are: fries and onion rings, additional cheese and bacon plus the strawberry milkshake.
Been there twice after work, and the food is delicious!!! Especially the Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad!!!
6:12 p.m. Friday order, dine-in.Took about 10 minutes to receive my food, that's fine. It's peak traffic & I ordered a salad which takes longer to prepare.Food flavors are fantastic as always. Got the Teriyaki char & BBQ salad along with a drink.Areas of improvement:One of the refresher limeade drinks was out with a sign on the dispenser, & the ordering tablet I used was out of order. The tablet did not display an error until I was going to start the payment so that inconvenienced me as I had to stand in 2 lines. Restrooms could have used a sweep also.That said, it was a good experience and the quality was great as expected. Staff looked a little burnt out. Consider raising their pay, I don't mind more expensive meals if that improves moral for the staff's hard work.
Tried the chicken avocado club! The bread was very oily but loved the sandwich as a whole. Fries were also good and the thousand island sauce was super delicious! Will be back to try other stuff.
This place gets a lot of foot traffic, aka a good sign. The burgers are hot, fresh, and made to order. Be sure to get a cone, too.
