Chill location with awesome staff and quality coffee and tea, plus the food is simple yet delicious and always tastes fresh.I love how I can stop by this location and escape the loud, crowded streets of Brand.Blvd with a coffee and the nice atmosphere of the place.
While I am a big starbucks fan, I decided to try coffee bean this time because my friend keeps talking about it. While the store is nice and clean and the service adequate, the coffee did not seem strong enought like the pike blonde one from Starbucks.
Thanks so much for the good service, I love this store because everrytime I walked into the store order something or just asked for hot water. Never said no to me! I give them 4 stars because the outside furniture used to better. But some of the furniture they moved.
Lucky to have them close by ! All the staff is great and they prepare the drinks very well !Thank you so much !!
The food is great and all but the customer service is horrible , I went today and I got a order for 3 cups of coffee with two sandwiches for 40 bucks and I literally asked where was the food because they said they would heat it up and next thing you see they started screaming at me for being rude.
Good coffee place. Just ordered light roast drip coffee. I wouldn't claim it was an extraordinary coffee but it was okay. Service was good.
Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff. A+
Great coffee. Nice environment to chill.
Friendly and attentive staff that remembers your drink and name.
Alexis is quite possibly one of the rudest most unprofessional representatives I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in a store. When picking up a mobile drink order on Monday 12 July I picked up a brown paper carry bag (easily accessible to customers to grab). She snapped at me in an incredibly aggressive manner saying “you can’t just grab those. They are for our Postmates orders”! Taken aback I told her that I had used them before when collecting mobile orders and if customers weren’t meant to use them they probably shouldn’t be within reach or they should put a sign saying that. To this she became extremely condescending and smug pointing at a sign on the counter (see attached image). Ok Alexis, let’s be very clear about something. A condiment is: a substance such as salt or ketchup that is used to add flavor to food. It’s not a bag. I look forward to hearing from the store manager, Anna with a formal apology for your repugnant behavior as well as a sincere, personal apology from you also. As a loyal customer I do not expect to be scolded and reprimanded like a child for doing absolutely nothing wrong. This is totally unacceptable!
