I think this coffee bean location stands out because they offered whip cream on my oreo drink which not every location does AND while i did not sit down because I didn’t have time, they have a nice indoor seating arrangement to study, read, etc. I will choose this location for my coffee needs. It is also near barnes and noble so thats cool too :)

What a bad experience due to one of the lady that works for this Coffee Bean, she shouldn't work on a place where she has to deal with customers. She was giving bad attitude to all the requests we had. And very mean on the way she spoke to us. I'm pretty sure more people will complaint about her.I don't recommend this place, based on how they treat the clients.??????????
Ordered a decaffeinate coffee and they brewed it up fresh. Open early with a friendly barista. Very satisfied with the drink

Terrible. Came at 7p, store closes at 9. Chairs were put up, cash drawers put away, bathroom says 'unavailable'. I used to work at Starbucks, so I get wanting to leave early, but this was extreme.
I was craving a peppermint mocha but wanted a blended version, so the barista suggested their peppermint mocha crumble, which was delicious. Not as sweet or pepperminty as Starbucks. The cookie crumble tastes like an oreo cookie.
Hygiene error. The ladies there don’t wear gloves and touch the lids, especially the sip-hole area.
