Located at The Americana in Glendale, a really huge location. Food impeccable as ever, portions big and reasonable pricing. Staff could be a bit more attentive, but they cater to masses here. No own parking space, have to pay for parking garage of The Americana.

One star is alot for them.We where 4 adults, 1 child and 2 Babys in strollers. First we where treated unprofessionally by the front desk team they refused to seat us when they had plenty of empty tables. The reason was that the strollers would block there walk way. We asked for a manager (Eric) and that was our huge disappointment we though he would know better since he is in a higher position and talk to us in a better way it turned out to be that he worst. I also took a picture of a side table outside where they could have seated us and strollers wouldn't bother anyone. I don’t understand how a restaurant like cheese cake factory chose this team. Eric and his team should be offered a back-end job where they are not around people. We where offended by that team and felt that we where not welcomed because we had babies. I will never step a foot in that restaurant.

Cheesecake Factory never disappoints..outside on patio...everything as excellent as you might expect..waitstaff super accommodating..

I like the appetizer, dark brown bread with oats, it’s good along with butter.Flatbread pizza & salad, perfect lunch combo. Got there before 5pm. Happy Hour time.Yes very good molto (recommend), you can throw some of meats in your salad bowl.Pizza is enough to fill you up or share with. I got really stuffed, I took half pizza home, waitress gave me black boxes, it’s secure plastic boxes and carry plastic bag.100% Satisfied customer, will be back again next time.I parked at the JCPENNEY then walks to Americana Brand, not that very far. I didn’t like parking @ Americana Brand.

The hosts weren’t friendly at all. They made feel like I didn’t belong there. But hands down to my server and to the people who served my food. They’ve provided me with such an excellent service, my server name was Brian. He was friendly, prompt and very attentive. The bread was serve warm, the food was great and generous. I’d definitely recommend. I would have given this restaurant 5 stars but due to the hostess attitude I am not able to. Ok

This place is ALWAYS busy but we were ready to get back to "normal" and decided to take a chance. The place was busy as I knew it would be but to my delight they were very well organized and service oriented. Things couldn't have gone better from that respect. Our waitress was amazing and the service was excellent!! And the prices?? No sticker shock!! I had the breakfast with pancakes and berries/maple syrup. The pancakes could have been a notch better. The berries and fruit were more of a garnish. I love pancakes but I can't have them very often. I want them to be the total package but maybe I'm too picky.

We had dinner here tonight and it was really good! :-) the service was outstanding! The food was very tasty! Definitely a nice place to come to if you're ever at La Americana at Brand! :-)

The grilled salmon and mash were phenomenal ?. Ceasar salad was not as great but still good.We had raspberry white chocolate cheesecake and THAT was amazing ?

We arrived at the restaurant at at 9:50 PM and were greeted by two friendly hostesses. We asked for a table for two and were informed that the dining room was closed, but were offered a table in the bar area. We thought the restaurant closed at 11pm, but the hours must have been changed due to covid. We made our way to our table in the bar area. We waited for 10 minutes before we saw the bar server (who we found out was named Joe) and could ask him for menus. Joe took our drink order and came back a short time later with menus. Less than 60 seconds after receiving our menus the closing manager on duty (Ashley) approached our table and rudely said "Our kitchen is closing in five minutes you need to order." "No problem. We just received our menus, we'll be ready to order in a couple of minutes", I said. "The kitchen is closing, you need to order", Ashley retorted before walking away. My brother and I were surprised the manager was trying to rush us to order. We understood the restaurant was closing, but we didn't have a chance to even look at the menu. We didn't even have our drinks yet! What made matters worse was when the server Joe returned to the table. We expressed how surprised we were that the manager was trying to rush us. We told Joe that we worked in the restaurant industry for many years and that in our day managers would never talk to a tables the way Ashley spoke to ours. Instead of apologizing or being sympathetic Joe's response was, "Well if you guys are restaurant guys, then you'd understand not to come into a restaurant 5 minutes before closing!" My brother and I were appalled that this was was Joe's response. I informed Joe that we didn't intend to dine so close to closing time and that we believed closing time was 11pm. Regardless, I reminded Joe that we still entered the restaurant during operating hours and deserved an optimal dining experience. I also noticed that Joe was nonchalantly wearing his face mask under his nose, so I kindly asked him to wear it over his nose as a safety concern. The Omicron variant is causing Covid infections to surge in California and I didn't appreciate Joe not following LA County pandemic protocol. I'm actually surprised Ashley didn't instruct him to cover his nose with his mask. Joe then thew his arms up as he walked away and said, "Someone else is going to take your order!" Joe was very arrogant, condescending, and rude. The level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable! At this time we still didn't have our drinks, but we saw Joe (wearing his mask below his nose) drop a check off at another bar table and say, "You guys can stay as long as you want!", while looking at our table. Instead of attempting to de-escalate our frustration, Joe made our frustration much worse! Eventually another server (Minas) came to our table and informed us that he would be taking over. Minas apologized and said that he had heard what had happened. Minas asked if we were ready to order. We asked for our drinks first and let Minas know that we would be ready to order by the time he returned. We received our drinks and placed our order (Avocado Egg Rolls w/ extra sauce on the side, Miso Salmon, & a Chicken Romano), but my brother and I had lost our appetite. We were so upset by what had transpired and had no desire to eat. The check was dropped off prematurely and we asked for boxes to take our food to go. What was extremely shocking was the behavior of the manager Ashley. Ashley knew we were upset, but never came by to resolve our frustration. Instead she avoided us and continued with closing duties. A little empathy or communication would have gone a long way. I've always considered The Cheesecake Factory the gold standard of casual restaurants in comparison to other restaurants in the same price point. The Cheesecake Factory typically exemplifies a high level of service and hospitality that other restaurants would dream of emulating. Tonight however, that was not the case

Great service, clean toilets. Lack of vegan options. The vegan cob salad was nice but lacked creativity - random products added without any dressing.
