Turned a few of us away because they were "too busy". Not cool.
They are super slow. I order my food to pick up 40 minutes prior my lunch so I can enjoy it during my lunch but every time I go they tell me I have to wait. 40 minutes and it’s not enough to have my food ready ? I’m over this. I think they need better workers/service. Both ladies are super rude!I love the food but the service is very bad.
Ok, so food court sandwiches aren't exactly gourmet. I'm not giving five stars compared to fancier establishments, but for what it is: food court food. And for that, five stars. The bread is delicious and the spicy chicken sandwich is great.
Worst customer service ever. They don't acknowledge you as you wait in line.
First time trying and it's delicious the freshly baked bread?? oh so good. Tried spicy chicken and hubby the garlic chicken.The staff is very nice, friendly and explained and offer to try.. just GREAT?
I got bbq chicken sandwhich. It comes with a side salad of your choice. Sandwich is amazing - hot, tasty, has a lot of ingredients. I ll try something else next time
Today I went to order a southwest grilled chicken lettuce at the location in Glendale Galleria. I received bad customer service from Steve. When I asked if they can add extra lettuce to my salad he rudely answered we don't do extra lettuce. I tried to explained that I had previously orderd my salad with extra lettuce there and I had no problem. He said well we don't do extra lettuce. I ordered my salad but was very unhappy with the service I got from Steve. Will definitely look for a new place to eat next time.

I usually go to this one cause its close however, making phone orders they never answer. When you order the order is 80% wrong and 20% chance its correct. The people working can't even read and they ask whats this and the order would be still wrong. Any business can at least pick up and say please hold but instead you call like 8 times and no answer.
