Long lines and limited parking make me not return to this establishment. As far as customer service, excellent.
It’s coffee it’s not rocket science, but some how they seem to get the order wrong consistently via the drive though. Maybe better luck inside ordering. Starbucks isn’t what it use to be.
I have been patronizing this Starbucks since it opened and the speed and accuracy of the employees is absolutely perfect. Also, on at least three occasions my mobile order went to another Starbucks because I didn't pay attention to which Starbucks I was saying yes too and they still made my drink and refused to let me pay for it even though that wasn't the store I bought from. Just amazing people that work there!!!
Good customer service and staff is friendly. But if you are planning to visit the store late night as this store opens until 12:30 AM, they don't allow you to come in if you ordered online or like to order in store. They lock the doors and only option to pick up your order is drive thru. And in night they get pretty busy. So expect to wait there for at least 15 mins to pick up your online order.
Super long line, I am soked from drive thru. idk why they were training during the rain? Regardless good service :)
Easy access drive thru, and very friendly staff, drink was made quickly and it was delicious.
Very friendly staff, don't let the negative reviews fool you. Mistakes happen but keep in mind, not everyone is willing to work at a cafe. So let's be kind to those working there. Overall a nice location that is always good for coffee.

So, I went to grab a pumpkin spice latte this morning and did not enjoy it at all. For some reason it tasted very grease and my stomach started to hurt ?. I got to point out that I have tried it before but for some reason it tasted very different this time.
My apologies in advance for the long review. This Starbucks is one of the good ones. Use to come here every morning at 6:30am. Because my kids were in a dance team at GHS, so they had to be at school at 6:15am. Now that they have graduated and with the pendamic haven't been here in a while. But when I recently started going, one of the employees remembered me when I scanned my Starbucks app. So sweet that they remembered me ? and when I went today 10/22/2021 they were bombarded with drive-thru, online orders, and walk-ins. And they all handled it very well, even though they were short staffed. I know all of our time is of value, but let's all keep in mind the employees are doing their best. And if possible let's fill their tip bucket ?
