This is my favorite Starbucks to go to! The baristas are always so friendly and my coffee always tastes so good! I love the location of it as it’s right in the middle of downtown Montrose! Highly recommend :)
Came to visit from New York my family been I. This location on a morning Saturday worse experience ever Long line of 10 min and even after you get your order taken had yo wait 25 more minute for a vanilla chocolate mocha kids temperature asked once only for manners why it’s taken so long and been told I’ll check on itNo answer then tried a different staff member who stated oh yeah we did it wrong and didn’t have the humanity to say thatThey didn’t bother calling my name and the wrong drink has been just sitting there wasting time for over 10 minsIf I hadn’t said anything nothing would be accomplished and nobody would even notice or care that I left without a drinkIt’s my last day in LA and I’m trying to do last day of sightseeing with my kidsIt’s a bummer that it had to start off like that
Parking is alittle difficult. Had to use the restroom and it was a bit dirty compared to other Starbucks. The area is nice to grad a coffee and stroll.
Our family had a nice evening visit before Christmas 2021!! We got each boy his own “steamer”. Two pumpkin spice and three vanilla cream. My wife and I shared a hot coffee as we strolled downtown Montrose!!
Had a great experience here! I was welcomed when I entered, the line moved quickly, and the staff was really nice. The drinks came out correctly and tasted great. There was some care put into it. It was also nice to hear the staff address their regulars to make them feel at home by knowing their order and quick small talk.
it's a very busy place crowded. And they were taking a long time to make drinks. Still good service.

So upset about this location! Absolutely don’t have professional baristas! Everything that comes for order they like whatever and also tables and floor are dirty. Before it was one of the best Starbucks location. Unfortunately not now ?
