Unique cupcakes. Quick service. We got a 4-pack to try a few flavors. They were all quite flavorful, but some were a bit too sweet. The area was quite crowded around the kiosk, so we ended up taking them home. Favorite was the S'mores!
I am not a fan of the new Kiosk system. You have to order on a Kiosk now, and it takes people a long time to order. The Kiosk lags every time I go, and it's also unsanitary. I've been going to this location for years, and it seems to have gone downhill to me. Also, they haven't had all of the flavors each time I go. Plus, they ask for tips on the Kiosk, but I'm doing all of the ordering. What's the point. And, their price is so expensive for a cupcake that has shrunk in size. I think I'm done with Sprinkles. :(I blame the owner of Sprinkles.
Mixed up our order with someone else’s; gave us two cupcakes instead of two brownies. The receipt on the box they gave us was our order, but they had mixed up the boxes. Screw ups is on their part. Also, the cupcake isn’t that great, the icing is alright. Not sure if I’ll buy here again.
This is the saddest Sprinkles cupcake I have ever gotten. Not sure if it's this location or what but this is definitely not what a Sprinkles cupcake is supposed to be.
We picked up a few cupcakes while in the area. They are good and we enjoyed them. You order from a small window..they also had a cupcake ATM that we did not try. They are expensive and the ordering process was a little awkward. I would go back again if I was in the area.
Welp!!! I was hoping for moist delicious cupcakes, but again the cupcakes are just not good - the icing was better than the cupcake. This location was a little better than the Westlake Village store. The staff was really nice and cupcakes seemed fresher.... but they are NOT moist - please have SOMETHING TO DRINK ON HAND!!!! Only giving 3 stars because the staff, the cupcakes themselves deserve a 1 star ?I blame CEO, upper mgmt - quality has gone downhill.???
Those specialty cupcakes are a hot commodity, if you place an order online you better pick it up on time or they will take your cupcake out of your box and give it to someone else. I placed an order for a pickup about 30min later. I’m a nurse so I got off work late.. about 1.5hrs later I am finally on my way and I receive a phone call that they ran out of s’mores? Really? My box should have been waiting for me an hour prior! So what you took it out of my order that was made for an earlier pickup to give to someone else? I had already paid, so what you wanted to guarantee another sale? Great, thanks. My kids were looking forward to that when I got home.

I love their cupcakes.. they've a variety to choose from but my favorite is the chocolate marshmallow. A bit pricey for cupcakes and the long line makes up for the quality of food and great customer service. I was a little disappointed that they didnt have my favorite so I got myself a cookie instead.
