What a gem!!! The food was excellent, and the portion was significant. We loved what we ordered. I can not remember the names of the dishes as we don't frequent Persian restaurants, but I will try to go to more Persian restaurants.Btw, there a patio is fantastic. We took loads of pictures.Great food and service!

This place is a ripoff we went with a group of 7 the bill was 700$ and we didn't order everything either, each person had a meal and couple of appetizers. As we were leaving the waiter asked us for tip even though the bill was paid and he was allready tipped, and there was noone in there we were the only table and we had to wait about 30 minutes after the food was served to get more water !!!!! Shamshiri in glendale is 100x better then here. Dont waste your money here .

We went for lunch. It took them 15 minutes to seat us and another 90 minutes to serve us. We order their yogurt drink “Doogh” in a pitcher for sure 75 % was water 25% Doogh the taste sucked. The service is terrible. I ordered Beef koobiadah kabob it was half burned and half dry. The design and decor of the restaurant is super, but I think the quality of food and customer service is more important and they should work on it. They are really good at ignoring the customers. I will never go there again!!!

I love this place. Good people and great food. These negative reviews are crazy. I'm looking forward to going back and am definitely going for the shirin pollo. ?♥️Shiraz is the best persian restaurant in the los angeles area that I know. It's not nostalgia. It's really a place to go for a good meal with a cool vibe to go along with it. Take a date, go alone, bring your mom... or stay at home. The people at Shiraz are very sweet and good at what they do. Shame on these bad reviews. I mean read them. They sound like twits. Trust me here, go get some shirin pollo lol.

I took my aunt for lunch. I was a little surprised to find the restaurant completely empty. Service was great, however, my aunt asked to have her dish replaced since the meat was undercooked. My aunt later came down with food poisoning. After comparing our check with their menu prices, I was shocked to find they had overcharged us on almost every food item.

The food is usually good but the service is not great, I ordered through doordash and they accepted the order but never made it, when doordash called them they simply didn't answer. I am going to order from somewhere else from now on.

Average food quality but Very bad service. We had a big party but my 3years old kid was hungry before the dinner was in. I asked for an earlier small dish for my toddler but they refused to give us and had me to put an separate order for the kid. Not giving them any business even if they serve it in golden plates. These are not human beings. Take your business somewhere that have empathy and are humans.

I initially gave 2 stars. Then the restaurant contacted back requesting more details. They did that in a professional way, and I believe they'll fix the problem. So, I changed the review from 2 to 5. And in response to your request, Shiraz Restaurant management, please make sure the meat is well first of all fresh, and well-cooked. I was there for 2 times, and both times it was not so. I hope to get the improvement next time I visit you guys. And if so, I'll change my review from 4 to 5 then. Thank you in either case.

Good food, great dining area, bit pricey (specially appetizers)Also would make more sense (and made it more Iranian style) if they served the greens with cheese instead of butter!

Very disappointed! First, it took them more than 20 minutes to finally come by our table and take our order, then, the meat wasnt the best quality and the beef koobideh was not cooked in the center.
