Missing condiments. The fact that they just lied and tried giving Tabasco sauce instead of Buffalo sauce and make me feel stupid made me have a bad experience. They could just say we don't have it and that would have been the end of it.
Have been to Shakey's since I was a kid. Got their one item 7" pizza with spicy Italian sausage, 2 pieces of chicken, with Mojo Potatoes special for under $13. Drink was extra. Was as good as i remembered as a kid. Definitely a kid friendly restaurant from the point of the food design and the game room. Came with buttermilk and hot sauces for dipping. A reliable choice for a night out with the kiddies.
Shakey's never disappoints. We tried to come and have lunch at one of these Every time we come visit family here in Southern California.The Lunch Special is always a good option as you can get taste and try mostly everything from their menu.
Service is always great. The staff is always asking if I would like anything else to order and they help tidy my table constantly. I don't bring kids around but I do see families around and the children seem to enjoy every minute of playing the arcade and other fun games for them to earn tickets for prizes from a distance. I can see why it is especially during the weekends. I sometimes go during the week for the lunch buffet specials but I was there during dinner time while watching the 2022 NBA Finals. I highly recommend dining in this restaurant. Now if it was only like the Philippines with a LIVE band performing that would also be even more awesome. ?
Always a great experience here, great food, service, and very helpful courteous employees. If i could rate more than 5 stars i would. Side note been coming here since the late 80's.
Manager was very nice. Servers were also very kind. The food was a little old, but its understandable. Still had a very nice lunch session with friends.

Great! This restaurant serves good pizzas at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is nice with good staff who care about their customers. We went a couple of times and are happy to recommend this place highly
One of the best shakeys Ive been to. Joseph was very helpful and had great customer service. Definitely recommend coming here.
This Shakey's is so nice and great salad bar is excellent. Had birthday ? ? ? ? ? party for granddaughter their not to small or to large place. But service was excellent.
