Wife and I held our wedding here on 10/31/21 after having to have postponed our original date of 5/24/2020. All I can say is that they are truly the best. The venue is absolutely beautiful from the outside and all of the inside! Royal Palace specializes in providing the best service to their customers with the waiters and bar. Unlimited bar! Unlimited food! All so delicious. Armen the owner is a true gentlemen. He listened to all of our needs and delivered! His son is great as well with coordinating the cake cutting/toast/smoke for the 1st dance. If you’re in search of a venue for your Wedding or special event, stop looking and book Royal Palace! You’ll have a night to remember most definitely. Thank you Armen and Royal Palace! ???
I had my wedding here and the wedding was beautiful. The venue itself is beautiful but the staff is the opposite. Every review I see is positive and that's mainly one of the reasons I chose this place plus the price wasn't horrible but service on the other hand was a different story. I had the venue booked for two years and the young man we dealt with in the beginning for the walk around and pricing was very nice and everything was great, however Armin the owner was not and after working with him after the venue was booked things changed regarding the package, what they could or would not do. It was hard to get ahold of him, every time we did speak he was rude and had an attitude towards me. I'm not sure if it's because I'm black or if that's just how he is in general. Either way it's not okay, I tried my best to keep my composure and not stoop to their level but come on, it's a business and I was a paying customer. During the wedding the servers and staff were rude to me and my guests, staring us down the whole time, snatching plates out of our hands. Guests weren't done with their plates they snatched them from them while they were eating. When my baker delivered my cake in the morning they very rude to her, kicked her out and would not let her use the refrigerator to store the cake. She told them it had to be cold and in the refrigerator. My cordinator was not at the venue yet but I informed him of what has happening so he could be aware. He had to go back and forth with them and they were still refusing to put the cake in the refrigerator until finally they did for a short period of time. By the time the wedding started and not long into the reception the cake was melting, leaning and when we cut the cake it was dry. There is more but I'll leave it at this. Like I said the venue is beautiful but the staff and what comes with them were not. I spent way too much money with this place to be disrespected and treated the away we were
We had our granddaughters Quiencenera April 03,22 they exceeded our expectation Arman was so helping making sure everything was taken care of! The service was excellent, advice don’t get stuffed with first serving because they keep bring so much food the whole night! They served salmon, lamb, pork, chicken and shrimp, fruit, pasteries, salads an abundance of different cold cuts! Bartender was super nice and served good drinks! They gave us lots of left over food so be prepared to bring food home.I would highly recommend this place, plus they just did a complete renovation at took to the next level and the lighting was over the top this place is beautiful all our guest were very impressed! We are so happy we choose Royal Palace ?
I was at Royal Palace on Saturday 2/26/2022 and this place was just stunning. Out of words for the food and service, everything was just beyond expectations for what a venue should be. I wish they had their new pictures up of the remodeled hall, even though the old design was nice as well. But the newly renovated hall literally looks like a venue from a movie. The food was just delicious and the waiters were very attentive. I will definitely be looking at availabilities to host an event here myself. Everything was 5/5 no questions asked, thank you for the hospitality and astounding experience Royal Palace!
Royal Palace and Armen were so so great! I cannot tell you how many compliments we got about how stunning the room was, how delicious the food was, and the service from the wait staff was 10/10! The entire night was perfect and I could not have asked for anything better. Armen and his team were attentive and made sure everything was how we asked for. They were professional and experienced which made the day of so much easier. I was able to relax and have a good time. The food was more than I anticipated! Non stop. Perfect, perfect night! Highly recommend having your event here. My husband and I had the best night, thank you Armen and the rest of the Royal Palace team!
Very nice, but very rude people. I had an appointment today for a tour, and he was extremely rude. didn't even bother to give me a tour just straight out assumed I couldn't afford the place. So unprofessional. Very sad cause we really liked the place and were about to book. Sorry one customer lost for your ignorance.
Omg! I don't even where to start. I am so glad I chose this place to host my daughter's Quinceañera this past weekend. My guests were all impressed with the food, the location, and everything this place has to offer. Restrooms were clean. The waiters and bartenders were all professionals and did an excellent job. Armed is a man of few words lol but straight forward and to the point, his packages are simple. All inclusive prices, no hidden fees. Andre is the sweetest and kindest host. He really went above and beyond to ensure everything was going well throughout the night. I highly highly highly recommend this place to anyone looking to host an event.
Amazing place!!! The service is top quality, the food is awesome, the lighting and the whole setup is great. Highly recommended for weddings and other events. The best part is it’s high ceiling which gives you the ability to use crane camera. Not many halls in Glendale have this advantage.
