Wow! Wow! Wow! Hands down best persian kabobs in the USA and I live in DC area with so many persian restaurants to compare to! We love this place. Its vibe is good, the service is good and fast. Staff are friendly and professional. I personally recommend it 100% and whenever visit LA that’s my first stop to it at. Don’t forget their Mast Moosir, it is delicious! My only critic is I wish their tahdig stew came with meat! Otherwise their food and its portion is amazing.
The environment is awesome. We had nice and attentive service. The food was yummy. The chicken sausage and grilled chicken were meh, so I don't recommend those. We saw the owner walking around in front of us the whole time. She looked like she wanted to make sure everyone was happy and things were running smoothly. #bossbabe Be prepared to spend some money and also bring home a butt load of leftovers; the portions are big. I recommend the stews, crunchy rice, and the meat platter with the steak! Great vibes and delicious Persian food!
We had a wonderful meal at Raffi's Place. The space is pretty big, and the service was great. I ordered the koobideh, which are ground beef kabob, and it was so good - flavorful and tender. The portions are so large that there was no way I could finish all my food. I recommend sharing plates because we had enough food for at least twice as many people. If I lived in the LA area, I'd frequent this place.
Attentive and nice staff, and the food is great! For starters we ordered Tadiq (rice crust) and Mast-O-Moosir (yoghurt with shallot). The rice crust was slightly dry, but the yoghurt was excellent.The beef barg was the best in my opinion, very soft as well. The chicken kabab was slightly dry.
This restaurant is my wife favorite Persian cuisine ever. She has been there many times. It was my first time. The ambiance was good . Nice staff. They serve many Iranian foods. The location is in glendale and it is far from touristic places of LA. Chelo kebab is one of its popular dish and As the portion was very big my wife and I ordered one and share it. The price was reasonable. In traditional recipes for Kebab in Persian cuisine Use lamb meet but in this restaurant they just use beef and the result was very good
My dish was heavenly. I ordered the salmon and it was perfection. I told my husband that this could be my last meal on earth and I would die happy. So so good. Make sure you order the cherry rice with your dish because it is the best and you will eat the whole plate.
Food is amazing! Beef barg (filet) so soft, it cuts with a fork. This was my second time eating at Raffi's, & both times were equally tasty. They accommodate to your diet/lifestyle, so I opted no rice, substituted shirazi salad instead.Just FYI, expect a wait to be seated, so plan accordingly.

We had a fabulous dinner with excellent service in a very pleasant atmosphere. I managed to leave my wallet there, and when I called the next morning the first person I spoke with said it had been set aside for me, awaiting my call. A truly remarkable experience.
