The worst restaurant management I ve ever seen.I reserved the banquet hall for my kids graduation party. The floor by restroom was so dirty I had to sweep my self, then we asked to turn on the A/C,they did but the manager said we can't keep it on for 6 hours. We asked 3 people about shampain glass and they said yes but the last minute they said we don't have, so I paid 250 $ to buy glasses. Then they started putting glasses on the tables but four of each kind ,I asked why they said it's our policy, I said I ve never seen something like this. They said nobody drinks all kind of drinks at the same time so you don't need it.At 11 o'clock the owner went straight to DJ to lower down the music and when I asked he replied this is our policy and I said it's 12 o'clock not 11.I asked him why you didn't tell me and he said you had to ask in a very rude way. I strongly recommend if you want to rent make sure you go over all the details or go somewhere else, I will never go there again or recommend it to anyone.
This restaurant was by far one of the best dining experiences for a mezze style meal. The food was incredibly delicious and there wasn't any item that disappointed my palette. That being said I only tried the vegetarian options, which there were many of. My boyfriend's father was kind enough to order for the table and we had a large enough party that everyone had different dietary restrictions all of which he accounted for when ordering. Most of the people in our party did eat meat and they all did have good things to say about the non-vegetarian dishes. As someone who enjoys cooking I often find dishes to lack a balance in flavours. This was not the case at this establishment. The highlights were the lemon potatoes, falafel, fattoush, shanklish, which was an incredibly seasoned cheese dish, mujaddarah, mousaka, hommos and baba ghanouj. In my experience, places that have such a variety on their menu don't often exceed expectations on all if the dishes. The presentation of each dish was great. We are family style and there was enough food for 10 of us, though we did order a table full of dishes and a giant player with the tops of meat as the entree course. The staff was great and I would say that the service was consistent throughout the night. The restaurant's ambience is quite nice. They do have live music I've been told at times. The outdoor area is a hookah lounge. Valley service is an option as is a private dining hall for special events.
The good:I'll start with the positive (yes, singular), the food is delicious so props to the cooks killing it in the back. The bad:The host’s extremely bad attitude which makes you feel unwelcomed
The waiter was very informative and friendly since this was our first time there.
This review is for their banquet room specifically. I’ve been a dj at this venue a few times now. It’s nice for smaller parties between 100-150 guests. Usually for more casual events. Not ideal for wedding in my opinions. They do have some sound restrictions because there are homes nearby. That’s something to think about because they asked me to put the volume down even though I only used 2 12” speakers. My speakers are loud, but still, you won’t be able to blast the music. The food was good. Maybe not as much variety as other venues. Parking on the street is limited, so you’ll probably have to valet unless you’re ok to walk a bit.The seating outside seems nice and a good place to gather with friends on weekends.
Horrible tasting food. The meat was very stale and tabbouleh was old. Packaging was horrible. All liquid spilled in my car. I will never order from here again. Definitely not worth the price.
Rude, rude, rude!!! We had my grandfathers memorial service here and I am so disappointed! We had prior reservations, we arrived and our tables were not set up. The workers brought our appetizers and literally were throwing it on the table in front of all our guests. The servers had nasty attitude the whole time, even their appearance was so dirty, one of the girls was wearing a beanie with her mask hanging off her chin the whole time, she didn't smile once she looked like she hated her job. The meat arrived ICE COLD, the rice was COLD. at a time of grief, we were embarrassed to have the people who came out to show their respect to us RUDELY TREATED. During COVID times we asked for service forks and spoons the man said "use your own". I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY EVENT YOU ARE HOSTING. I wish I can give 0 stars!!!
This was my first time at a Hookah Restaurant. I had so much fun. The service was excellent.
Phoenicia blew me away; super classy place, and I was excited to see the clientele respects this by actually dressing nicely for their meals here. The service was first class; old school, speak to me in a regular tempo, honest communication, we care how your meal is, first class. We had a group of 9 show up last minute, and they didn’t even pause; just found us a table where we could have a little privacy and sat us.The food was excellent; we sampled 90% of the menu, and there are many many options for each dietary preference. This was my second time eating authentic Lebanese food, and there were several options that were new discoveries for me.I’ll definitely return.
We went there for lunch and it was very good. The appraisers we're very good, the staff was excellent and curious, the meat tasted very fresh.
