Wow the older lady with black eyeglasses and fake dye blonde short hair took my receipt away without giving it to me. And she disappeared. And then found out I only got one bowl and another bowl was missing then I asked to get it another one, that food isn’t overall good not like the best one. And the short guy (ugly Mexican) with black cap on, probably busboy or at front order. He’s very weirded like he gave a dirty look at customer he didn’t like (randomly based on color of the person and not disability friendly either) then he gave a smiled at other one, that’s probably his co worker.I observed his body language. Like I said he’s weirded.Don’t go here at Glendale. Not so clean either, it’s like so old already and you can see dirty windows @ day time. I think that busboy didn’t clean that very well yeah. Yeah fire him or replace someone new included that older lady too.

Walked in and immediately got to order, food ready in 8 minutes. Staff was very friendly and even though this is a counter service restaurant, staff came by the table to check on our expwerience.

I order big soup and they gave me the smallest one. I paid ?PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE OR MAYBE THEY NEED NEW STAFF. STAY AWAY!

Sent my entire meal back for a refund and went somewhere else. Sent my cold soup back. My $8.58 Turkey Sandwich was 2 three-inch slices of thin bread, two tiny slices of Turkey and that was it. For nearly $18, I expect a lot better than what was served to me. The manager did indicate (frustratingly) that the prices keep going up, and the portions keep going down. Self-serve ordering, take a number service, and picking up your own mediocre food at a counter isn’t worth $18.This will be my last trip to Panera, and given the fact the restaurant was mostly empty at 12:45 in the afternoon, I don’t think I’m the only one unimpressed.

My partner ordered a simple sandwich online so he could walk across the street and pick it up. After he ordered it he saw that it would take 40 minutes before it would be ready to pick up. He walked over there ten minutes later to find it was not busy inside, no line and no crowd, and they told him it hadn’t even generated in the system and that next time it would be faster to order at the register. They apologized, but did not offer to remedy the situation so He had to ask them if they could just start preparing the order now. Luckily they saw the logic in that and ten minutes later he had a sandwich. Seems like the online order system is deeply flawed and the employees are not great problem solvers at this Panera. Beware!

Open early so got to go sandwich ham and cheese. Fresh and made an effort to make he to packaging great. Loved the status board to follow the order.

Always the best... Got my booster, went for a walk, was comforted with the good warm healthy choices at Panera!?❤️

I visited many Panera Breads in San Fernando Valley and Beyond. This one, like all the other ones, has excellent customer service. Even if your online order was lost they don't ask to see your receipt. They just give you your cup so you can get coffee, etc? All the staff has been extremely helpfulThe tables are clean and "safe" tables are labeled. The bathrooms are probably one of the best of any food / beverage chain.Their Rewards program of "3" months of free coffee everyday is of course extremely valuable. After that the $8.99 a month, if you choose to continue, pays for itself even if you go only once a week, as large coffees are reasonably priced at about $3 each.

I need to know who wrote this on my bag when I ordered Postmates from here…I wanna hug you?

I would give you 5 stars but we went out of the way to stop by for soufflés and was told they weren't making any that day. The food we settled for was good
