This place doesn’t deserve any stars at all if I can give them a negative stars I would. This message should be reviewed by the UPPER MANAGEMENT NOT THE STORE MANAGER AS THE MANAGER DOESNT SEEM TO CARE OF THE RESTAURANT’S VALUE. First the food presentation is so bad, the food never seemed to look fresh and never looked appetizing. The food always looked old and dry and seemed over cooked for seating in the pan whenever I fast by after workout. The reason why the food seats on the warming plates for a long time it’s because first the moral of the employees are so bad. The attitude is buy it or don’t buy it who cares. The cashier/server needs to have a better attitude. She acts like you as a customer owe it to her that she’s assisting you with your order. Don’t know if Panda Express still utilize Mystery Shopper where they send someone to evaluate the server, if they have offered their specials for the month, if they introduce themselves and offered other dish or offered to sample their current flavor. By far this is the worst Panda Express that I have ever been to.
Ordered online and they just put whatever they felt like in my plate, not one thing right except the rice.
This Panda Express Next to Blaze Pizza has always have horrible service. The server who was there. So I ordered the Beef Broccoli and a side of vegetables. When I got there there only a little bit of beef and broccoli left fit for one order and the services still just gave me 3 pieces of beef and the gave me all the broccoli. By then I wanted to say thing but I just decided not to. Just paid for my meal and left. If you want great Panda service go to the food court.
Moderate price but I surprised learn that some of menu are not available despite the item is display on menu board!
they gave me someone else’s food and on top of that they didn’t close the plate it all spilled in the bag and there’s only like three shrimps in there and no one is picking up the phone
Worst customer service ever and spoke with the manager Wilson on the phone. They messed up our order and refused to give a refund for their mistake. Mind you, I wanted a refund for one item and not the whole order. He offers me to go in the store and they will give me the missing order for free. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YOUR MISTAKE. HE EVEN HAD A TONE OF VICTIM BLAMING FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I will make sure this will reach corporate because this is ridiculous!!!
