Standard olive garden's, so at least you get what you expect. The service though, is great. Friendly, fast, and actual human beings. I prefer the not so automated responses from them so it feels like you aren't speaking to a robot. Easy check-out on the tablets provided at the tables. I can't remember my servers name but he was tall, tan, and handsome. I believe his name was Alexis??? Im probably wrong but I believe he has a gender neutral name. So olive garden please make him employee of the month! ❤️
I went with my friends. The place is big and it was not that much filled up. We ordered few items and they came very fast. The shrimp appetizer is really nice and all our drinks were also good.I ordered chicken scampi but they bought the shrimp one. They quickly changed the order without any hesitation. Chicken Alfredo was good as well.The passion fruit drink was also good. Overall the food taste is very good and the quantity as well.We will definitely go again.Added photos
Great to get to dine out at one of our favorite places. Our waiter "Kurt K" was great, took care of everything we wanted, was always there when we needed something. Food were delicious and drinks was fabulous. Calamari for appetizer, Tour of Italy for the wife, shrimp and scallops Alfredo for me, washed it down with Italian margarita with a shot of amaretto. Endless salad and bread or soup, minestrone was very good too. Tiramisu for dessert was perfect.Looking forward to coming back!
Tucked in the middle of Glendale away from all of the hustle and bustle from the Americana at brand and the Glendale Galleria comes an old school Italian American dining experience at the Olive Garden great service lots of people to serve you and the food comes out hot you can order for fussy children on the table tablet and it will come right out appetizers are also available on the computer on the table. For years I went for the chicken Alfredo pizza but pizzas are no longer on the menu except the kid's pizza so now I will go for the tour of Italy but my number one choice has always been the chicken Alfredo With pasta fagioloi. Moderately priced wine bottles are $17 you would want to stick with either the pink rose moscato or the regular moscato as the red in that price range are not up to tier but they do have other reds available for a higher price. Overall a great experience clean professional restaurant excellent staff pretty good parking. I had a meal with a wine taster and a kids meal for my kid and she got a lemonade and I had a water all for well under $30
It was good! But not a big fan of olive garden I love pasta but not from here honestly, but my mom is the opposite she loves this place that's why I am here. Our waitress was so friendly that was a good thing
To put this in perspective I didn't dine in, just take out. That said I'm giving this location a 5 due in part to their excellent customer service, in particular DJ. He was accommodating, friendly, and triple checked to verify my order was correct. DJ, if you read this, you set the gold standard in custom service.
Olive Garden remains a solid go to spot when you are craving breadsticks and fettuccine Alfredo. While of course there will always be other Italian places to visit sometimes you can’t beat the convenience of Olive Garden. This location was clean and had good service. Will be back when we are in the mood for their deals again.
The waiter is very nice. Family friendly. My wife and I had Sirloin steaks. Mine was cooked perfectly medium rare, and my wife ordered medium. Her steak came as well done and over cooked. The manager saw the steak from afar and acted quickly and had a second steak prepared right, also discounted the price of the steak to satisfy us. We were impressed with the service here and highly recommend this location.
Our waiter was nice this is located on the outside facing street of mall . Food was ok I was surprised we got a small plate of pasta I’m used to getting the bigger plates and more pasta . Place was clean and not too crowded I went during lunch hours . Experience was good so I would recommend
Worst restaurant. I don't recommend it to anyone. It wasn't clean at all, disgusting.
