The girls who work there are unfriendly and rude. The place is dirty. Besides they don’t give out regular water or a refill on a regular ice tea which I usually get at other places. Just terrible place. Will never buy anything there again. Terrible experience!
We were there on Saturday night, before 9PM. Asked for smoothies and they didn't have it (in Saturday night, busy time??). Then asked for an Orange Pineapple Spritzer and a Strawberry Lemonade. None of them tasted anything close to any ingredient in their names. Tasted like fake flavored cheap school $1 juices, with 70% ice. 2 star is for the employees, not being rude and did their job, nothing their fault, they serve customers with what they're given.

LOVE this place!!! Coffee is always good, the public restroom is open now (yay!). Employees are very nice and its in the middle of a great walking and shopping area. Woohoo!
This is a small little coffee bar that is connected to Nordstrom. Its a hip little place to come for a nibble of food and something to drink. I came here on a blind date and the decor inside is nice and they have a nice selection of sandwiches and basic bakery items. I highly recommend this place.

Tonight after a long day of shopping at Nordstrom I decided to try a coffee from here since I had always seen it but never been. I stood behind the lady that was with the cashier and waited my turn. There was no one else in line and i was looking at the popcorn by the cashier so i didn’t think i was doing anything wrong. Another lady comes in and stands on the other side, the cashier calls the next person and I go up and then a male employee with a beard tells me very loudly and rude that that wasn’t the line and that the line was elsewhere (where the other lady was standing) and rolls his eyes. He made me feel so bad that I just decided to ask for a water and so i can leave quickly. Since it’s self service water I made my way to the water as to now make it weird and walk out empty handed and right then i could still hear him talking loudly about how I was in the wrong line. I wasn’t rude ever and i just made a mistake... he could have just told me politely. I was super embarrassed and for sure will never go back. I’ll go next door to Starbucks in the bookstore instead.
It's great coffee shop
Good chocolate pound cake. Somewhat moist. No wait. Good service. I wish they would keep the coffee shop clean. I think they're short-staffed.
