This place sucks. I just bought food through Drive-Thru and they did not include the ranch and barbecue sauces I specifically ordered. They specifically said “everything is inside, Sr.” I’m sure to discourage you to look into the box.If you still order through drive thru after this complaint, I highly suggest you to go over your order before you take off. Now, I understand why too many Karen people scream at them.
Drive-thru service is somewhat prompt and mostly consistent...a bit weirdly placed in a parking garage.Would NOT recommend ordering inside the restaurant. They have consistently made me wait very long for small orders and have filled my order incorrectly roughly 8/10 times I've been in.
It's you regular everyday McDonalds. The spacing between the parking spaces feels to be smaller than compact. Had Spicy Chicken Sandwich here.
Messed up order. French fries weren't hot.Friendly but no attention to detailed. Filet fish was ordered with no tarred sauce. They put it on the sandwich and on a paper tray that spilled all over the paper sack.
Okay so i got a cone for under $2 well my friend and i got two cones for about $3 and it was drive thru. Cant say much besides that i enjoyed my ice cream. The drive thru is a little tricky you got to enter the correct way through the parking structure. anyway, i like this mcdonalds they stay open later than the galleria location wooop wooop
Just went for an ice cream. For under $2 its a nice cone and i got it quick. Drive thru is a little funny to get to, but it was quick and liked my cone! :)
This store is the worst McDonald’s I ever been.The order number on the board had been removed while waiting, I needed to ask them what’s going on.One of the sandwiches I ordered was not included.I didn’t get the nugget sauce I ordered.There was a hair in the chicken nugget.I’m so disappointed.¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The last 3 drive through experiences were less than par 1. Credit card machine down, asked suspiciously for large bills 2. Missing items from our order 3. The car in front of us were not given their full cash difference for the meal 4. Today, the frozen cold was overflowing and spilled in my husband's lap 5. We gave him back our frozen coke in the carry tray with the dust come and didn't get our diet coke back. We were given a regular coke
One of the most unique setups for a drive thru that I've seen. The staff was great, service was quick, and the food was hot.
Food prepared in time. Wifi not strong in building so if you are using their app make sure you submit your order before you are near the building
