4.22.22 @ 5pm - Just tried this restaurant for the first time, and Wow! I'm impressed to have eaten here in a MALL of all places. I tried 12B Persian Chicken combo for $12.95, which included 2 fairly long Persian kabobs, jasmin rice, roasted tomato, roasted jalapeño, 4 triangles of pita bread; and a magnificent cucumber tomato salad. The line was not long at all for a Friday evening. Food was fresh and tasty! Who said "fast food" can't be healthy food?
Was okay, not great, certainly not worth the wait or the price. I paid $20 for lamb, Basmati rice, veggies with no sauce or any special seasoning. It was basically a boring dish. Veggie sides were just diced cucumber and tomatoes. They also put a whole Roma tomato and jalapeno that was slightly grilled. What was more like an $8-9 dish at best I paid twice as much and it took forever. One time experience only.
Went in during the evening rush, and the service was fabulous, the wait wasn't too long (about 15 minutes) but the food portions were horribleGot a #13 which was supposed to be a beef kabob. Got 5 medallion sized pieces of beef, one roasted tomato, and one roasted pepper. Was very disappointed
Very good food a massis success! I had their beef gyro and it was very filling and delicious. I liked that it came with sauces. However my friends who got the plate meals said their pepper was very hot and I agreed. Overall a good experience
I ordered through online. My order number was 650. I told my name and order number to the girl who was packing also showed her my online order screen directly from phone.I was waiting and saw number after 650 started to pick up their orders. So I asked her three times when will my order be ready. Every time I asked her she seemed annoyed and said it's gonna be ready soon without even actually checking for my order. I waited more than 30 minutes and order number 660 was picking up their orders. I asked another worker and she found my order which was already packed a long time ago. First girl who told me to wait three times heard everything but didn't say sorry and avoided eye contact with me.I know it was busy but if customer asked three times about their order go check for the order instead of avoiding situations by saying it will be ready soon. And please learn to say sorry when you make mistakes to customers. The worst customer service ever.
Prices are decent and the lamb chops were quite tasty and tender, but there really isn't enough meat and I felt like I still wanted more after I was done eating. My friend I ate with felt the same way but he had even less meat than I got and his meat was much drier. It's nice that they cook the meat to order but it means there can be a lot of variance since this is a food court place after all. Definitely would've been happier going to the Panda or Chipotle next door.
Excellent food and used to give good size servings but now a bit smaller but still satisfying. Price is reasonable. Patience needed since they cook food when you order and depending if there are lots of customers.

Got a gyro wrap here. Number 1 item on the menu. They gave it to me cold, like the bread and meat had been pulled out of the fridge. Very disappointing since they have this whole grill setup on display. The food was like one of those to-go wraps you can pick up at Starbucks.Not sure if their management reads these, but please let me know if you ever decide to serve your gyros hot. I love a good gyro. Will come back and try and review again if you do.
I don’t know if y’all can’t read or what. Every time I put in an online order, I ask for my beef extra burned cause I like my meat charred. All the time I get it like boiled and sometimes even medium. The only time y’all got it right was when I ordered in person and the nice girl made sure the cooks cooked it perfectly
