My girlfriend and I are regulars here. The owner is absolutely wonderful and they have the best coffee in L.A. I love that they make their own organic flavors for their lattes instead of buying cheap syrups like most coffee shops. They use real vanilla and lavender plants and you can taste the difference!

This place should definitely be your last choice to go to if you’re looking for a good service. To start off, my friends and I were sat somewhere else while we waited for a table to open up. After an hour goes by and we ordered our food, the drink were ready. The server lets us know they someone came and sat down in the table that was being prepared for us. The boss and servers did absolutely nothing because they prioritize their image over costumer satisfaction. The food was mediocre. It wasn’t terrible but it definitely wasn’t something unique or “special”. We continued to stay calm and they sat us somewhere else and provided these shades since it was sunny. I’d honestly rather be under sun because these shades kept falling as we were eating. One of the shades that was next to me almost fell onto my neck and later on some other lady had one fall on her. This whole place is a mess and not once did they apologize. After being disappointed over and over countless times, the boss decided to “cover” the check. She only covered the food; not the tax, not the tip (which didn’t make sense because their service was horrendous), not the drinks. just the dry food. please do not go here unless you want your day ruined with a side of headache.

THIS IS A MUST TRY! Wow was the food awesome here! We had friends fly out and stay in Glendale and they recommended this place so we gave it a try today and my god was it worth it!First-The location is right at the bottom of what looks like apartment buildings, small little spot. Has some outdoor seating and some indoor. You pretty much get seated, check out the QR code for the menu than go up and order your food and they bring it back. Nice and simple. The staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. One of the best staff I’ve ever came across!Second-The food. Idk where to begin. I’m a big breakfast person. Been all over the country. The waffles here are honestly the best I’ve ever had. Seriously. They were unreal. They come in like 8 small pieces but still decent size. Worth the price. Best thing we had. I got the chorizo hash bowl and it was extremely good. Sweet potatoes were cooked perfectly, chorizo gave it a good taste with some spice! My fiancé got the avocado toast and I wanted to eat it all haha. The little pomegranate seeds were a nice touch! But even better was the coffee! I’m not a latte guy. But the Americana (regular hot coffee) was delicious. I’d buy a bag if they had some! Overall I HIGHLY recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed and I’ll be back!

Never coming here again. First off the wait time was 40 mins long, which was okay. We were told to sit in the patio while a table was ready for us. As we were sitting in the patio, umbrellas kept on falling on us and made us all feel so unsafe. Time goes by and the boss says a table is ready and that they’re cleaning it up. But turns out that an employee ended up giving other people OUR table. We got very disappointed because not only did we wait 40 minutes for our table, but it was also given to other people. There is no communication between the employees and boss. After waiting even more they provided us a tiny spot under the sun but gave us two umbrellas. The umbrellas kept on falling while we ate which was so uncomfortable. Not to mention, while we were there an umbrella literally fell on a poor woman’s head. The food was mediocre but I really couldn’t enjoy it because of how we were treated. We complained but the boss didn’t do much because she was afraid of ruining her image. She ended up “covering” the check. We got happy too soon. She only covered the food. She didn’t cover our drinks and tip. Any other place would’ve been better than this. Give Bea Bea’s a try.

We waited for like an hour to be seated, while we were told to wait for around 20 minutes. If you got anything planned for your morning - just do not go there.Food was good though.

The place is just a mess, they couldn’t simple handle a line of people. They said we have to wait for a 20 minutes for the table and then they kept sitting people who came after us.After all we waited for 40 minutes, which is waaay to long for a place like this

I’m sorry but your buttermilk waffle has no butter in it. It was so dry and I almost choked myself. Strawberries are not fresh either. Rose matcha is just basically rose tea with matcha powder mixed badly together taste odd.I was so hungry but still cannot finish this.My name is Meng and it was wrote on the recipe correctly but you still called me out Mary.$15 for the waffle and $6 for the drink was not worth it. Me and my friend walked 15 mins from Glendale galleria to here in order to try your food. Disappointed. Hope you get better next time.

Cool local spot, food was good, the food presentation was nice.Lavender lemonade was absolute delight.Fair prices.Definitely recommend.

Honestly! Some of the best breakfast I've had. Cool spot. We also tried their chocolate chip cookie and the cinnamon coffee cake; cookie was INCREDIBLE cinnamon coffee cake was AMAZING! My only complaint comes from the dine in; we ate there and it's like an apartment complex. Saw some guy exiting his house as we were eating, not a big deal really but just kind of felt bad for the people living there.

Delicious and well organized line system. Would definitely come back. Friendly to boot.
