Been eating food from here for years and it's always DELICIOUS. More on the expensive side though and they've made some questionable changed to the menu though. But apart from that everything is perfect
I really like lemon zest, because it has a really good balance of healthy items and a solid Mediterranean cuisine. They have exceptional wraps salads and plates. Their fries are not bad either. Prices are fair, and is conveniently delivered especially for lunch or dinner and if you were having a large party. I like the chipotle chicken wrap.
Was There Earlier And Ordered A Chicken Breast Kabbob With Half Rice Half Salad. I Had Only Tried Them Once When I ordered Through Doordash And I Liked It So Much I Decided To Drive Down. I Wanted Exactly What I Had Last Time So I Showed Her A Screenshot Of What I ordered Last Time And Told Her I Wanted Exactly That. Come Home AND I'ts All Salad! Very Disappointed. Did Not Pay Almost $23 For A Salad And Some Bread. Next Time I Will Check The Bag Before Leaving. I Tried To Call And It's All Automated. The System Hung Up On Me. SMH
Genuinely disappointed. Food WAY overpriced (even with inflation) and mediocre at best. Outdoor seating was an option but no menus - just a board on the wall inside. Was told to take a pic of the menu since they didn't have any. Sign inside says 10% off for online or pickup orders but no offer for customers who are there to eat and who will actually see the sign/offer. Plates on average were $18-$20. We got 3. Each plate contained mostly dry, overcooked rice (75% of plate), 3 to 4 pieces of meat, a tomato and little side of cucumber yogurt. Had high hopes for this place but ended up REALLY disappointed. Bummer.
A Zest of Life! Meats are soooo juicy and well marinated. The portions are so generous and the sides are on point. We tried the hummus, yogurt and babaghanouj with warm grilled bread which was delicious. I recommend the sour kebab and lamb kebab. Keep up the great work guys!
We stopped for a late lunch at Lemon Zest. The food options include standard Mediterranean dishes and some American choices. The gyros were okay and the preparation time seemed lengthy. However, judging by what other diners were gobbling up, we should have ordered the French fries. Seating is distinctly limited.
The quality of food is horrible! The staff doesn’t pay attention to your request, whoever is in charge of cooking rice should take a cooking lesson 101 because clearly is in lowest possible quality, they don’t know how to present the food! Mix salad with hot food, overall I would not even give 1 star if it was possible! This was my second time ordering, and i would not recommend anyone! Save your money for another place!
Really friendly staff and some vegetarian options. The falafel gyro was huge. Outdoor seatings possible though I think most people ordered take out.
Some of the best mediterranean food in LA, and this is coming from someone who's been born and raised with this kind of food so my standards are high. For the best medtierranean food in the valley, come here!
Lamb Gyro! Chipotle Fries! Truffle Parmesan Fries! Those are my staples any time I want to order from here! They are always so nice and the food hits every time :D! Nice portions for the price and it definitely fills you up!
