1st time dining here with my family but definitely not the last . Food was great and also the service ❤️??
Great experience. All the food was delicious; cute setting and ambience; service was great. I had the albondigas which were fantastic especially if you like a little spiciness and the portions were fairly generous as well. Very pleased and hope to go back again.
A neighborhood gem. The margaritas are strong and tasty; chili rellenos are good and the red sauce has a hint of cinnamon. The two table salsas are excellent. Consistently very good.
I went in for a burrito for take out before lunch and it was delicious, next time I'll be dining in because the restaurant is beautiful it is decorated very nice. Can't wait to go in for dinner and drink some margaritas
Excellent food. Excellent service.
Great food!! Great service. Highly recommend.
The best chicken mole! I've tried both the green and brown sauce and they're both delicious! Great service!!! Very friendly and accommodating!
Excellent and unique Mexican Restaurant with delectable offerings Hommade tortillas
It's an ok Mexican restaurant with decent variety of dish selection. It's above average bit nothing spectacular. Overall it is good.
Food is outstanding. Absolutely excellent. Service is decent. Definitely not doting, but not totally absent either. To be honest, I would have rated this overall as a 4.5 if that was possible as the service could be better to match the quality of the food. Speaking of which, back to the food. The homemade chips are crisp and light and are usually accompanied by a salsa verde that is floral with cilantro and with a light tinge of heat. Another salsa seems to be Chipotle based and has that characteristic smokey flavor. Might be poblano instead of Chipotle. I dunno. All I can say for sure, is that it is really very good. For main courses, we have had the Carnitas La Cabanita, the tamales with mole and with salsa verde, the flautas, the Carne asada wet burrito, the pasole, the chicken enchiladas with salsa verde and various combinations. All have been excellent. The rice is light and fluffy. The black beans are rich and have a unique heat and subtle sweetness. The charro beans are smokey and cilantroey and subtle sweet and speckled with chunks of bacon. The handmade corn tortillas make us feel like we were eating at my kid's Abuela's house. We prefer take out, but the ambience of the restaraunt is nice with tile covered tables and bright colors throughout. All in all it is a fantastic place that we hope to enjoy for years to come.
