I loved this place before a situation the other night when the manager that was working the afternoon/night shift told me to get out after I walked let in by someone who opened the door for me and another person but didn't tell the person who went in before me to leave. I asked why I had to leave when the other person walked in with me as well and he just kept telling me they are closed, it was 9:08pm and I had called in 30 min before closing and told me it was ok to come in even a bit after they closed. I've bought so many tamales especially from the morning shift and manager that works there knows I get tamales almost every week. So, with this review I hope tgey or someone sees this and makes them realize not to discriminate or pick and choose who to kick out when others came in with me.

A fast food chain that offers close to home-cooked Mexican favorites for the savvy gastronomes on a budget. Not your regular taco bell, this doesn't get any more authentic... A great find, so don't pass this one up!

Most plain and dull tacos I had my entire trip to LA. They lack authenticity. I heard they used to be good back in the day. I guess it lost flavor as they expanded. But the place was clean and the customer service was excellent.

Founded in 1974 by Raul Martinez Sr. King Taco is a fast-food restaurant chain based in Los Angeles, California, serving soft tacos, burritos, sopes, tamales, nachos, and authentic Mexican drinks such as horchata, jamaica, and tamarindo. Some locations also serve rotisserie chicken.I've personally had King taco maybe 4 times, I got my first taste from a friend who drove all way from the bay just to give them a try. Unfortunately, I was unable to eat the burrito right away (doesn't count). The 2nd time was the DTLA location honestly, I wasn't fond of the flavorless tacos. I had friends in town craving King Taco, the nearest location was Mountain Ave, in Ontario. A bit toasted from the night before, I was looking forward to a greasy flavorful taco. Again, a bit disappointed in the tacos. I didn't understand the hype.....I was in area and thought, let's give them ONE LAST TRY. #BestdecisionevermadeThe carne asada combo burrito was scrumptious. The combo of carne, rice and beans were perfect, not too much or little of something, know what I mean? The flavor profile was absolutely delish when paired with the verde. The only down side was that they do not have extra slices of lemon or lime.

Usually all King Taco's are really good except this location. It was my first time visiting King Taco #29 in Glendale but I absolutely will not go back to this location forever! I ordered a Carne Asada Burritos but it only had few pieces of meat. I literally could have counted if I tried as picture shown. I could have taken it back if I was closer to the location. I absolutely won't recommend this location and it was the worst ever!

It’s King Taco- you can never go wrong. The prices are good, have yet to have a bad experience at king taco. I do my best to speak Spanish but the staff always ask me questions in English- so much for me practicing my Spanish!Love the tacos and the prices. I only wish there were more closer to my house. Luckily I pass by KT when I go out to East LA or Pasadena for work.If you like Carne Asada tacos, I highly suggest trying their tacos suadero as well.

Service was poor. Took 45 min from stepping in the door to getting my food. Tacos were surprisingly small. Can easily go down in one bite for $1.89. Slopes were filling and tasty.

Always good, never fails. I like the green sauce but the red sauce is good too. Love it

Pretty tasty would definitely come again but be warned that there will be waiting line cause food so good :)
