I went to many KFC, and noticed the different customer service, but this one was Really different.Their Employee named "Jacob" was beyond in his customer service. I ordered and went to the window and the food was ready.Jacob was at the window, and his smile and greeting while talking to me was outstanding. I really admired the way he was talking to everyone, including me. If I was in the management level of KFC, I would definitely reward "Jacob".....Thank you so much Jacob for your Amazing work....
I hadn't eaten at KFC in a long time, perhaps more than 5 years. What in the world happened to the prices? A three-piece chicken strip meal with fries and a soda costs $10. Previously, I had to pay $6 for the same dish. My family of four had lunch here and it cost me about $60. For that money, I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant. Extremely pricey.
I ordered from Postmates ,when I received my chicken I found a long black hair in my chicken box.It Had to be while KFC prepared it.Mngr pls make sure your employees are more sanitary.Gross!!
Hadn't had KFC in years!! Wanted great Fried Chicken & it was SUPER!! Loved it!
Well if you like chicken pot pie it's the best believe it or not ? long time off the menu back to stay kfc all remodeled staff very attentive every thing is new
Haven't been here in a very long time. Ordered food for my kids through the drive thru. Service was ok and my kids enjoyed their food. Overall ok experience.
Very unkind staff , for pick up need to wait more than 25 min . It’s only fast food nothing more. Waiting time more than in anywhere else. A group of non professional people.
The food was fresh and delicious. The service was on point. Plus they have a drive ? thru that moves even faster than the counter.
Not very good. The oil was old and the chicken was more soggy than crispy. I was very underwhelmed. The coleslaw was more runny than it normally is and the biscuits tasted as if they had been sitting out for a while. The place was busy. We waited in the drive through lane for quite a while and after we ordered, we had to park and sit and wait quite a while for the order to come out. I’ll pass KFC before going for burger next time.
Parking isn't great (you have to back out into the drive thru), it's a weird franchise so their prices are a bit higher than your average KFC and the staff could be friendlier. But, the chicken sandwich and fries were good. So, worth it. Maybe just park in the Smart and Final lot.
