I ordered on 6/5/22 a graduation cake (fondant icing) for my son, to be pick up on 6/10/22. It's was supposed to be a surprise gift for my son. It was a disaster ?. The icing came out BUTTER CREAM and no graduation cap as a decoration. Without letting me know 1 or 2 days before, the person at the counter that took my order made a story saying that he told me that there's no graduation cap available and they cannot make a fondant icing. Swearing and making the sign of the cross in front of me and his brother, the decorator yelled at him in front of me.The rude brother, the decorator letting me know if i can wait another 30 mins and pay more money he can make my order. I said NO and left.Their customer service is not good and they like to lie to their customers. Nobody even said I'm sorry. The people their are too proud to admit that they made a mistake. I will never return to that Bakery. It saddened me that my son was not able get his graduation surprise. Now I know better
My hubby & I just stopped by for a ham, cheese & egg croissant at Jaconde pastry and it was delicious! Fair price & great service as well. The place smelled incredible & the pastries looked like works of art! We'll be back!
Pastries are NOT FRESH!! I have been in more than 5 times with the same result, an old nasty refrigerator taste every time. I will never return to waste my money. Customer service is very average at most. My thought is they are very pushy to get rid of Saturday products.
The owner has no people skills or costumer service skills.my wife ordered two cakes and it was suppose to be picked up the latest at 1pm.How ever when I got here at 12 they said it's not gonna be ready for an other 30-40 minutes.The owner is rude and I will never order an other cake from this place.
Great experience! The person who greeted me (maybe the owner) was so kind and gentle and helpful as I was trying to find a great snack. He recommended the pear tart and it was great! Thank you fellow friend!
Unfortunately, I'm going to have to give this bakery a one star. I have been a customer here for years- their cakes and pastries are very good. However, I recently placed a custom cake order and due to the staff's inability to communicate clearly with customers, the owner, Armen, was very rude to me. He was so rude and condescending that if it hadn't been for my sister's baby shower, I would have cancelled the order and gone elsewhere. I will not be coming back to this establishment again. Good bakeries are easy to find in our town, customer service however- is apparently hard to come across. Be careful how you talk to your customers- it makes a difference.

The owner of Joconde Pastry, Arbi, is a warm, friendly and welcoming person. He is an amazing pastry artist. We have experienced some of the finest pastry shops in France, Spain, Italy & Switzerland but we are truly blessed to have a pastry shop of such high quality right in our neighborhood.
