Ordered the Pork Katsu and Ddukbokki (spicy rice cake) through the Uber Eat.Pork Katsu was pretty good. But, the Ddukbokki was horrible. It tasted like they just poured out the huge amount of spicy sauce without any balance. Seemed like they put a lot of sugars which was too sweet.I tried the spicy rice cake at many other places, this was the worst. The portion is small and ridiculous as compared to the price at $15.95.Seriously, they should re-work on this.

loved their cute decorations and vibes! but I don't think they are going to survive in LA. Their kimchi is too sweet. Boo dae Jji gae should be more kimchi in it. But I will be back to try other foods here. Katsu looks pretty good!

I've got to be honest... I've got mixed feelings about this place, but I'm definitely willing to come back to try out different menu items.First of all, their banchan is amazing. They only serve kimchi, pickled radish, and pickled onions but damn they're pretty good. I'd believe them if they told me they had cute Korean grandmas making all the banchans in the kitchen. The food, for me, is where Jin Cook fell short. While it's not what they're known for, I ordered the Army Stew because I wanted something hearty and spicy and while the flavor of the broth was good, they didn't really put much in the stew. If you ever order Army Stew at a restaurant in Ktown, you'll get a bowl PACKED with veggies and canned/processed meats and ramen noodles, but unfortunately I was left wanting more.My girlfriend ordered the Sweet Pumpkin Cheese Curry Katsu and we both liked it. The pumpkin flavor is very subtle and quiet but the dish as a whole was good and filling. While there aren't a lot of servers, they were all very nice and did their best to help everyone. There is paid parking in the back but there should be plenty of free street parking as well.Overall, I would probably pass on the army stew and get one of their other soups next time.

Soup(Guk Bob) was decent(well seasoned but meat was a little dry) and jalapeno cheese pork cutlet was pretty good (crispy, big portion, nice hint of jalapeno and rich curry).Would I come back? Not for soup, yes for pork cutlet.

I ordered the chicken katsu curry. It was delicious, flavorful, and had pretty big proportions! Came out to $22 after tax (not including tip)

Was lead here by a picture presented to me by Google Maps and glad I came! Had the Katsu Chicken with Curry...mmmmgoood! It came to the table on a steaming hot bowl made of stone. The side dishes of kimchi and pickled onions were complimentary.

Wasn’t expecting much but it turned out be pretty tasty. Service was “eh.”We ordered the Spicy Tofu Soup, Beef Soup, and marinated dumplings. The broth for both of ours was on point—tasty and not overly salted. The dumplings had the perfect amount of crispy-ness to it. I’m not a fan of sweet sauces, so the sauce wasn’t so great for me. But if you’re okay with that, then this is a great dish for you.

Go to when in Burbank. Good Korean food away from Koreatown craziness. Spicy Kalbi Jim is great. Needs a little more sauce. Ttobokki is really good too. Girl was running ragged. They were slow on service. Been a couple times now and family loves this place.

Great Korean comfort food — not a traditional Korean BBQ place.

Good prices, tasty food, and incredibly generous portion sizes. I ordered the spicy pork, which came out with a very simple presentation that looked delicious and was boiling from the hot stone. The food itself tasted pretty good and was spicy enough to have a kick but mild enough that it still let the pork come through. Only complaint would be the hot stone being a bit too hot and needing to wait a few minutes for the food to cool but I think the wait is worth the wow factor when it comes out sizzling and boiling.
