Bathroom was filthy and there was no paper. Dining room tables were not clean. Over all a dirty restaurantNEVER AGAIN!!!!
Have been eating at this Jack in the Box for over 40 years. Jack has removed many items that were my favorites. The items they have replaced them with are not as good or lower quality. Overall this restaurant has to serve what Jack sells. So it is not their fault the quality has gone down or items have been removed from the menu. The other thing prices have gone up dramatically at Jack In The Box over the last few years. Your money may be better spent elsewhere. The panko onion rings are yuck, not worth eating, they got rid of the bacon cheddar wedges which were really good, they need to bring back things like the Bonus Jack and real onion rings who cares about panko anyway? They also used to serve many moons ago an apple and lemon turnover they should think about bringing those back has their desserts pretty much suck now.

Worst service ever! I wish they had negative stars.The doors to the lobby are locked, yet there are signs saying the lobby is open. You can see people sitting inside eating. The employees just looked as i pulled on the door. One employee jestered just a minute. The manager just looked like I was not standing there. I had to go back 2 before they got my order correct. When I spoke with the manager, it seem like he really didn't want to hear it.

We used to like this store, but I guess management has changed, and they no longer care about their customers. We stood outside in the rain, as the doors were locked, and one employee gave us the "just a second" sign. But then after a couple other employees ignored us, we went through the drive thru. We asked about the lobby; (which had two people sitting at one of the tables) and we were told by Abe (Manager?) that the lobby was closed as they had been robbed recently. We suggested taking down the taped signs implying the lobby was open, (Enter Only, Exit Only, Masks must be worn inside, etc.) and replaced with a "Lobby Closed" sign. Abe didn't respond, just handed us a bag. We started to pull away and realized it was only part of our order. Asked about the other half, and it was thrust out the window... no sorry or anything. Asked about our missing drink; same thing. We will be driving to the other store across town from now on.
