This is dirty and gross the lettuce had bugs on it. They were moving.
Excellent drive thru. Kelvin was working it like a well oiled machine,very nice and friendly, line was into the parking lot ,but was still quick and easy, order was correct and food was very good. Great job! Thank you.
Had a big family with me that were rheir 1st time in jack Cashier was rude and impatient for questions, but after i put her in her place she was then patient and nice

First time to this place. Big, clean, and not that crowded. Employees are very friendly and helpful. If you are on ur way to work and needed a quick breakfast to go, this is very convenient place to get it on Pacific at Glendale easy access from the freeway. Quick and excellent customer service. ?
So today, for the second time , I tried going through the drive-thru with an online order. I chose the two burritos special. all I wanted was egg hashbrown and shredded cheese. So I customized it to be that way but again still can't get that simple burrito. on one I got egg and cheese sauce only and the other one I got egg and hashbrown only. When you're in the Drive-Thru on a very busy street you cannot just go in and complain. Should I just give up?
They asked me to pull forward from the window, but there was only the drive between the restaurant and the street. I then had the driver behind me honking for me to leave, but I didn't have my food yet. I got to work after that, and the folks I work with said they had all had problems with that Jack in the Box. They had refused to take orders after two in the morning even as they were still open.
Fast service and good food.
Food is always hot and fresh at this location. ? Hasn't disappointed us yet which is rare when it comes to fast food! 10/10
this place is a joke. 3 different visits, 3 different things missing from my order. ontop of that they almost never ever give the correct amount of sauces. The jack in a box on colorado has way better service. Whoever works the nights shifts here needs to be repremanded for the poor performance. I’ve worked in fast food before and I can tell these guys are just lazy trying to get orders through.
