Best boba in Glendale. I usually get the Thai tea boba and the cookies and cream. The açaí bowls are amazing too.

Delicious sweet treat, as Thai people, their Thai tea is very close to the real thing in Thailand.
House milk tea isn’t great, but the Oolong Milk tea is. Boba is good.
What I really like about this place is the solid service and polite staff. Glendale is not a spot you go to for boba, and this place is pretty predictable and average, but you're not going to get a bad drink here, but you may not get an outstanding one. But then again, if you're going to a chain Boba spot, you kind of know what to expect. This is a great spot for kids though with lots of sweet options.
